With the development of information and communication technology,emerging industries relying on digital technology,such as cloud computing,are flourishing and maturing.Recently,with the popularity of the meta-universe concept,we have reason to believe that a new era--the era of digital economy has come in full swing.Traditional industries are also about to face digital reforms.Now,various countries have gradually attached importance to the development of the digital economy,and also believe that the digital economy plays an indispensable role in their own economic development and in improving international competitiveness.Different provinces,cities and regions in China also regard the development of digital economy as an important means to promote high-quality economic development.Jiangxi Province,once a strong economic province,is now lagging behind Jiangsu and Zhejiang in development.Therefore,taking advantage of this new era of digital economy,accurately and objectively evaluate the development quality of Jiangxi’s digital economy,discover and understand the development status of Jiangxi’s digital economy,study the laws of Jiangxi’s digital economy development,and discover and solve the major hidden problems in the process of economic development.problems,and provide reasonable and targeted guidance to provide decision support for promoting the high-quality development of the digital economy,improve the quality of Jiangxi’s digital economic development,and then drive the high-quality economic and social development of Jiangxi,and strive to catch up with the first echelon of market economic development,to further improve people’s living standards.First of all,this thesis summarizes some scholars’ in-depth research in the field of digital economy,and regards the digital economy as the use of digital information equipment and data technology as an important output factor,modern information network technology as the main media factor,and The efficient application of modern information network technology has become a series of social and economic behaviors that are the main driving force for the improvement of life quality and the adjustment of national economic structure.Secondly,it summarizes and sorts out the evaluation systems related to the development quality of digital economy at home and abroad,and summarizes some index systems related to this thesis.Next,it summarizes and sorts out the current situation of digital economy development in Jiangxi Province,and lists some advantages and shortcomings of digital economy development in Jiangxi Province.Finally,combining the current situation of digital economy development in Jiangxi Province with the relevant index system,an index system suitable for this thesis is constructed.Determine the first-level indicators as digital foundation,digital industry,digital innovation and digital governance,covering a total of 19 second-level indicators,and use this indicator system to study the quality of digital economic development in Jiangxi Province,specifically,the following analysis content: First,the entropy method is used to weight the index system,and the weight is used to calculate the comprehensive evaluation score of the digital economy development quality in Jiangxi Province,and the overall analysis of the digital economy development quality in Jiangxi Province is carried out.The quality of digital economy development is analyzed.In terms of space,27 provinces,municipalities and autonomous regions are divided into 5 echelons according to the comprehensive development quality using hierarchical clustering analysis.In terms of time series,the quality of digital economy in Jiangxi Province from 2017 to 2020 is analyzed.Development situation;finally,from the four dimensions of the indicator system,digital foundation,digital industry,digital innovation and digital governance,it is compared and analyzed with 27 provinces,cities and regions.Through analysis,it is found that the overall quality of digital economy development in Jiangxi Province is steadily rising,but the development speed is relatively slow.Among the 27 provinces,cities and regions,it is at the middle and lower level.Among the four dimensions,the digital foundation develops the fastest,followed by digital Innovation and digital governance,the digital industry develops the slowest,and the development of the four dimensions is at the middle and lower level.Therefore,in order to ensure the healthy,balanced and rapid development of the digital economy in Jiangxi Province,it is proposed to give full play to the advantages of the rapid development of digital infrastructure and speed up the construction of infrastructure;to make up for the slow development of the digital industry and to promote the digital transformation of enterprises;to take into account digital innovation and digital Governance,go hand in hand and other recommendations.
