leadership of the headquarter,to establish a consistent distribution and franchise authorization system,so as to achieve unified,standard and standardized management.From 2010 to 2019,the proportion of chain drugstores in China increased from 34.34%to 55.34%,and their status was improving and their role was gradually significant.HC Company,as a cross-regional chain drugstore enterprise with the largest number of directly operated stores in China,has established a modern retail drugstore suitable for China’s national conditions through the combination of foreign advanced drug chain management model of pharmaceutical retail chain drugstores,and sorts out and summarizes relevant literature and theories on the profit model of chain drugstores.On the basis of standardized research,this thesis analyzes the elements and financial status of HC Company’s drugstore chain profit model,uses charts to visually show the existing problems of its profit model,and analyzes the causes of the problems.Draw conclusions,put forward relevant optimization suggestions and feedback results.It is of great significance to provide reference for the optimization of profit model of other chain a case analysis of HC profit model,including the financial situation analysis in the implementation process of profit model,and points out the existing problems of its profit model.And the reasons are analyzed.The fifth part is suggestions and practice feedback.Through the analysis of problems and causes in the fourth part,specific suggestions and practice are put forward and the practice results
