In recent years,with the increasing population of myopia,China has become the world's most promising eyewear consumer,and more and more investors have entered the optical retail industry,in the hope of having a place in the huge market.Under the new situation,traditional offline glasses retailers face two problems.First,the influx of competitors has led to competition in the optical retail industry.Secondly,consumers have gradually adapted to online shopping,and the number of glasses traded lines has been repeated.The innovation is high,and the profit margin of offline enterprises is squeezed.On the one hand,we must maintain the sales performance of offline retail channels,on the other hand,we must deal with the impact from the online market.Optical retail enterprises are under tremendous pressure.Leading companies in the industry have begun to explore the O2 O profit model that is closely integrated with online and offline.The intensification of competition has forced enterprises to explore a better competitive strategy.According to the “Management Accounting Application Guide No.100 – Strategic Management” issued by the Accounting Department of the Ministry of Finance of the People's Republic of China,enterprises should use a variety of management accounting tools such as the value chain to ensure high Achieve goals efficiently and efficiently.According to Peter Drucker's point of view,the competition between enterprises today is no longer the competition of products,but the competition of profit model.Only by changing the internal and external environment and constantly optimizing their own profit model can enterprises continue to develop healthily.This paper takes the X-enterprise of the optical retail industry in Southwest China as an example,and combines the value chain theory with the profit model theory to discuss the optimization path of the X2 O2 O profit model.The main contents include:The first part expounds the background and research significance of this paper,and summarizes the research status of domestic and foreign retail enterprises' profit model,and introduces the research methods,technical routes and innovations.In the second part,the value chain is introduced in detail.Theory,profit model theory and O2 O profit model theory constitute the theoretical basis of this paper.The third part analyzes the development of China's optical retail industry and the industry environment,understands the industry characteristics of X enterprises,and lays the foundation for the later articles.The fourth part is a case study of X enterprises.Firstly,the profit model and various elements of X enterprises are briefly described,and then the internal and external value chains of X enterprises are sorted out to understand the profit model of X enterprises.In the fifth part According to the above analysis,the problems existing in the internal and external value chains of the existing profit model of the X enterprise are proposed.According to the above analysis,the fifth part puts forward the problems existing in the internal and external value chain of X enterprise under the existing profit model;the sixth part puts forward the optimization suggestions for the profit model of X enterprise in view of the problems raised in the fifth part,and completes the optimization design of the oxygen platform of X enterprise under the value chain,including the design of the process architecture of the oxygen platform,the design of the background system table and the design of the front and back-end interface,in order to serve X enterprise.Optimizing the profit model of O2 O can provide some guidance.
