Model Research Of Pharmaceutical Retail Chain Enterprises ERP System Construction Based On The GSP

As an important part of the field of drug distribution, pharmaceutical retail chain enterprises concerned about the construction of information increasingly, for the features of wide business coverage and miscellaneous information. With the restructuring of pharmaceutical retail format, chain is bound to become the main trend. How to provide effective information management support for the pharmaceutical retail chain enterprises in business development, and implement effectively of total quality management thinking with drugs GSP have become an urgent problem to pharmaceutical retail chain enterprises. This paper reviewed the analysis of construction and development of information in pharmaceutical retail chain enterprises, summarized the information management system and research situation in the field at present; Interpreted the real meaning of drugs GSP and the features of drug retail chain business management; And on the basis of these studies, from quality management perspective, proposal of the ideas about building a drug GSP-based ERP system in pharmaceutical retail chain enterprises. Also detailed the advantages in structure, function, quality management of each functional subsystem in the system, proposed constructive comments to pharmaceutical retail chain enterprises on information technology. This study designed for the pharmaceutical retail chain enterprises to improve information technology at the same time to provide a reference to guarantee drug safety.In this paper, with the methods of literature research, field research, surveys and others, investigated the information management system of pharmaceutical retail chain enterprises in China. Literature research including, the analysis of the literature content about the domestic pharmaceutical retail chain enterprises ERP system from 1995 to 2010. Field research objects include well-known pharmaceutical distribution company, such as Henan Kyushu Medical Co., Ltd. and its logistics distribution center, Hundred's Henan Province Hong Pharmaceutical Chain Co., Ltd, and Kaifeng City, Henan Province Food and Drug Administration. National sample survey involving 17 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions of 45 pharmaceutical retail chain enterprises, questionnaire survey mainly used online survey,the contend were the construction of enterprise information management status and the protection of the quality of medicines, etc. Research shows, the information technology of pharmaceutical retail chain enterprises has become mature. At Present pharmaceutical retail chain enterprises have realized that information technology has an active role on the daily management and development company, and to the information management system such as ERP system, CRM system, OA system, increasing the degree of concern. Especially this view about ERP system provide strong support for business management has been reached broad consensus in the industry. More than half of the pharmaceutical retail chain enterprises in the information management system of choice tend to ERP systems.Research shows that, although current the drug retail chain use of ERP system in the information collection, processing, powerful, there are obvious defects in quality management. As the main four aspects in the following: (1) quality management system and ERP system operation separation; (2) quality management module features a single; (3) the lack of error correction system; (4) permission to set unreasonable. These quality management deficiencies to the pharmaceutical retail chain enterprises which use of ERP systems have a significant negative impact on quality management, lay hidden for drug quality and safety.Studies show that, using workflow technology, customing for ERP system, and being carry out standardized management of GSP to every post concrete operation of pharmaceutical retail chain enterprises,can not only improve the drug retail chain business processes and ERP system operation of articulated, but also can regulate the corresponding system operation,Ultimately ensure pharmaceutical quality safety.This article including 7 aspect contents:(1) Informatization of pharmaceutical retail chain enterprises and ERP; (2) Adaptability analysis of ERP for pharmaceutical retail chain enterprises;(3) Fusion construct for GSP and build the GSP-based ERP system of pharmaceutical retail chain enterprises;(4)The fusion and applications between GSP and traditional ERP procurement management subsystem;(5)The fusion and applications between GSP and traditional ERP warehouse management applications; (6) The fusion and applications between GSP and traditional ERP application integration subsystem;(7)The fusion and applications between GSP and traditional ERP other subsystems.The fist part of the papre defines information technology and ERP, and systematically explore its composition, characteristics, and its development and research conditions; the second and third part, mainly from the perspective of quality management, combined with the content of GSP and the characteristics of pharmaceutical retail chain enterprises, we proposed o build the GSP-based ERP system of pharmaceutical retail chain enterprises to adapt the future direction of development;the(4) (5) (6) (7)part is to various the structure, features, functions, advantages were analyzed and discussed of the functional subsystems of the system.The innovation of this paper is that, from the perspective of quality management, it is the first time to fusion the thinking of total quality management of GSP from the ERP system ,and attempt to build the GSP-based ERP system of pharmaceutical retail chain enterprises.
