For a long time,China attaches great importance to the work of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers".Serving "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" is a long-term historical task and mission of Agricultural Bank of H Province.The service of Agricultural Bank of H Province to "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" meets the requirements of national macro policies,the regional economic characteristics of H Province and the business operation reality of Agricultural Bank of H Province.The public business of agriculture,rural areas and farmers is the medium for the Agricultural Bank of H Province to provide financial services to rural and county enterprises and institutions in H Province.It is of great significance to consolidate the achievements of poverty eradication and serve the Rural Revitalization Strategy.After years of practice,the Agricultural Bank of H Province has continuously expanded its business scale and business scope.With the continuous expansion of business,the risk of Agricultural Bank of H Province’s three rural corporate business is also increasing accordingly.Facing this situation,the Agricultural Bank of H Province needs to further strengthen risk management and reduce the negative impact of risk,so as to better serve the work of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers".In order to deeply study the current situation of risk management of Agricultural Bank of H Province’s three rural corporate business,based on the operation of Agricultural Bank of H Province from 2018 to 2020,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the problems existing in its development process according to relevant data and materials.Through literature reading,field investigation and questionnaire survey,combined with China’s business requirements for commercial banks and the development of Agricultural Bank of H Province’s three rural public business,this paper uses field investigation method,flow chart method and financial report analysis method to identify the risk types faced by Agricultural Bank of H Province’s three rural public business,and then uses Delphi method and entropy method to evaluate the risk points and risk degree of different risk banks,Finally,according to the results of risk identification and evaluation,this paper puts forward measures to strengthen risk prevention and control and suggestions to strengthen risk management for the public business of agriculture,rural areas and farmers of Agricultural Bank of H Province.The main conclusions of this paper include: 1.the main risk types faced by the Agricultural Bank of H Province include credit risk,operational risk and financial risk.2.The risk management system of Agricultural Bank of H Province’s three rural corporate business needs to be further improved.3.Agricultural Bank of H Province needs to strengthen credit risk,operational risk management,strict economic capital control,prevent systemic financial risks,ensure stable operation and improve the ability to serve "agriculture,rural areas and farmers". |
