Study On The Influencing Factors Of Farmers’ Participation In The Integration Behavior Of Gastrodia Elata Industry In Dafang County

Since the 18 th CPC National Congress,the Central Committee has repeatedly emphasized promoting the integrated development of rural industries,extending the agricultural industrial chain,giving full play to the multi-function of agriculture and enhancing the added value of agricultural industry,so as to promote the quality and efficiency of agricultural industry.The integrated development of rural primary,secondary and tertiary industries is an inevitable choice to promote the reform of industrial structure and optimize the allocation of resources.It is conducive to promoting the development of agricultural modernization and the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure,so as to broaden the income channels of farmers and increase their income.The integrated development of rural primary,secondary and tertiary industries is inseparable from the important participation of farmers.Farmers are the main body of rural communities and the direct beneficiaries of the development of agricultural industry.They play an extremely important role in the construction process of industrial prosperity.However,at this stage,in the integrated development of primary,secondary and tertiary industries in rural industries,farmers have some problems,such as inadequate cognition,low degree of participation in integration,and weak interest connection.Therefore,according to the theory of farmers’ behavior,Theodore Schultz’s rational small farmers and Huang Zongzhi’s small-scale peasant economy,this paper studies and analyzes the Dafang Gastrodia elata industry,explores the influencing factors of farmers’ participation in the integrated development of Gastrodia elata industry,analyzes its deep-seated reasons,and explores the development path,so as to promote farmers in Dafang County to participate in the high-quality integrated development of Gastrodia elata industry.In this paper,through the visit and investigation of 11 towns planting Gastrodia elata in Dafang County,220 valid data were collected.Logistic regression analysis was used with the help of SPSS 22 0 measurement and statistics software analyzes and studies the 21 variables selected in the article,and draws the following conclusions:(1)among individual factors,farmers’ gender,age,whether or ever worked for village cadres,and whether they went out to work have an impact on Farmers’ participation in the integrated development of Gastrodia elata industry.(2)Among the family factors,whether the family has loans or arrears,the situation of family part-time employment,the number of family labor force,the planting scale of Gastrodia elata and the planting time of Gastrodia elata have an impact on Farmers’ participation in the integrated development of Gastrodia elata industry.(3)Among the external factors,whether to join the enterprises / cooperatives / associations related to Gastrodia elata,the infrastructure status of Gastrodia elata industry,whether there are people who know to participate in the integration of three industries,and the price fluctuation range of Gastrodia elata market have an impact on Farmers’ participation in the integration and development of Gastrodia elata industry.(4)Among the cognitive factors,five factors have an impact on Farmers’ participation in the integrated development of Gastrodia elata industry: the understanding of policies,the understanding of the integrated development of Gastrodia elata industry,the help of participating in Gastrodia elata industry to improve income,the risk of three industry integration,and which income is higher in going out to work or engaging in Gastrodia elata industry.
