| At present, the added value of China’s manufacturing industry has ranked first in the world for 12 consecutive years, but the problem of "large but not strong" still exists. The extensive growth model of "high investment, high consumption and high pollution" is unsustainable. The "Implementation Opinions on Promoting the Integrated Development of Advanced Manufacturing Industry and Modern Service Industry" deliberated and adopted in 2019 clearly proposes to form a number of deeply integrated enterprises by 2025,actively promote the deep integration of advanced manufacturing industry and modern service industry, and realize the high-quality development of manufacturing industry. In the report of the 19 th CPC National Congress,it was also pointed out that improving total factor productivity is the driving force for high-quality development.Firstly, this paper systematically combs the mechanism of the integration of advanced manufacturing industry and modern service industry on the green total factor productivity of manufacturing industry.Secondly, the coupling coordination degree model and the super-efficiency SBM model are used to measure the integration development level of China’s advanced manufacturing industry and modern service industry and the green total factor productivity of manufacturing industry.Combined with the kernel density estimation method and Dagum Gini coefficient and decomposition method, the law of spatial difference about them is deeply analyzed. Then, the Spatial Dubin Model(SDM)is constructed to empirically analyze the spatial effect of the integration of "two industries" on the green total factor productivity of manufacturing industry. Finally,a further empirical test is made from three aspects: impact mechanism test, regional heterogeneity analysis and convergence analysis. The research results show that the integration development level of advanced manufacturing industry and modern service industry and the green total factor productivity of manufacturing industry have both showed a trend of fluctuating and increasing year by year, and there is a spatial rule of gradient decline from east to west;the integration of "two industries" has had a significant "U"-shaped impact on Green Total Factor Productivity of manufacturing industry in native region and adjacent regions. There may be a "service dilemma" in the initial stage of the integration of "two industries",but with the continuous deepening of the integration of "two industries",it will significantly promote the growth of Green Total Factor Productivity of manufacturing industry.Further empirical tests also show that the integration of "two industries" will also promote the growth of Green Total Factor Productivity in manufacturing industry through intermediary mechanisms such as R&D innovation capability mechanism, human resources optimization mechanism and market competition optimization mechanism, among which the intermediary effect based on R&D innovation capability mechanism is the most significant; The positive impact of the integration of "two industries" on Green Total Factor Productivity of manufacturing industry in the central region is significantly higher than that in the eastern and western regions, and there is obvious regional heterogeneity; The difference of convergence speed among the three regions makes the unbalanced phenomenon of Green Total Factor Productivity in manufacturing industry between regions exist for a long time.Based on the above research conclusions, this paper puts forward some policy suggestions, such as building an industrial integration development policy system, developing local characteristic industries based on local conditions, and broadening corporate resource channels. |
