Study On The Revitalization Of Rural Industries Driven By Digital Economy

The revitalization of rural industries is the focus of rural development and the key to solving the "three rural issues".In recent years,digital economy has played a pivotal role in China’s social transformation and economic development,and digital technology has become an important means to promote the development of rural productivity in China.The study on the revitalization of rural industries driven by digital economy can not only enrich the theory of rural industrial development,but also provide useful references for some less developed areas of digital economy,which is of great practical significance to promote the modernization of China’s rural areas and improve the level of rural development.This paper firstly discusses the background and significance of the study,and then,taking into account the actual situation of China’s development and research direction,collates and summarizes the existing research results at home and abroad,and then determines the research theme,research ideas and research methods of this paper.Secondly,the concepts and characteristics of digital economy and rural industrial revitalization are explained,and the basic theories underlying this paper,including Marx’s ideas on industrial development,the Chinese Communist Party’s ideas on agricultural development and the theories on agricultural development in Western economics,are briefly introduced.In order to have a more intuitive understanding of China’s rural industry,this paper compares the development process of China’s rural industry based on historical materials,combines survey data,statistical data and reviews relevant literature and research results,and shows its development status clearly and intuitively using graphics.The introduction of digital economy is both possible and necessary.In order to explore the driving effect of digital economy on the revitalization of rural industries,this paper analyzes theoretical and empirical perspectives respectively.In the theoretical analysis,from the perspective of Marxist political economy,the driving mechanism of digital economy for the revitalization of rural industries is explored from three aspects: production,exchange and consumption,and the mechanism of digital economy for the improvement of productivity of rural industries,optimization of production relations,improvement of marketability of products and upgrading of consumption structure of rural residents is elaborated.In the empirical analysis part,the statistical data of 140 samples from 20 provinces from 2013-2019 were collected,and an evaluation index system of rural industrial development level containing four dimensions of productivity,production relations,product marketization and rural residents’ consumption structure was constructed,and the development level of the digital economy was used to regress on the development level of rural industry to verify the The impact of digital economy development on rural industrial revitalization is verified.Through theoretical and empirical analyses,this paper draws the following conclusions: 1.Other conditions being unchanged,the higher the level of digital economy development,the higher the level of rural industrial development,and the development of digital economy has a significant positive impact on rural industrial revitalization.2.Digital economy specifically improves the productivity of rural industry,adjusts the production relationship of rural industry,promotes the marketization of rural products,and promotes the upgrading of rural consumption structure.The digital economy needs a complete digital infrastructure for its effectiveness,which reflects that the digital divide in rural areas should be bridged faster.Combined with the analysis and conclusions,according to the real situation of rural digital economy development,policy suggestions are proposed to promote digital economy to better drive rural industrial revitalization,specifically including: strengthening top-level design and overall planning,establishing guidance and incentive and capital investment mechanism,improving rural digital technology application environment and consolidating rural digital talent foundation.The possible innovations of this paper are mainly reflected in two points: 1.In the theoretical analysis part,based on Marx’s theory of social reproduction,the mechanism of digital economy on the revitalization of rural industries is explored in a more comprehensive way from three aspects: production(including productivity and production relations),exchange and consumption.2.While a small number of previous researches are mostly based on theoretical analysis,this paper tries to build a system of indicators for the development level of rural industries,which is based on empirical evidence.The quantitative analysis results obtained can enrich the empirical conclusions of existing studies to a certain extent.
