Under the background of the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,in the important historical opportunity period to achieve the "carbon peak,carbon neutral" dual-carbon goal,promote the greening,intensification and resource regeneration of agriculture,and form a green,low-carbon and resource-saving type,the ecological cycle-type development model,to solve the contradiction between rural livestock and poultry manure pollution and rural ecological livability construction and the problem of straw disposal,is of great significance for the sustainable development of agriculture and the realization of the revitalization of rural industries.Circular agriculture is a new mode of agricultural development.Based on the concept of circular economy,it realizes multi-level and multi-level recycling of materials,energy and resources through the design and management of agricultural systems.It is an agricultural model with the goal of maximizing the use of natural resources,minimizing the input of purchased resources,maximizing the utilization of renewable waste resources,and minimizing the discharge of harmful pollutants.At present,there are relatively few studies on the combination of planting and breeding with ecological cycle agriculture in Jilin Province.Therefore,this paper adopts the method of literature research,survey research and case analysis to analyze the development of planting and breeding combined with ecological circular agriculture in Jilin Province in a more intuitive and detailed manner,which is helpful to further realize the practice of planting and breeding combined with ecological circular agriculture.and scientific understanding to provide practical and theoretical support for promoting the development of green agriculture and the revitalization of rural industries in Jilin Province.Based on the analysis of the development problems of planting and breeding combined with ecological circular agriculture in Jilin Province,the applicable countermeasures and suggestions that will help to promote the development of planting and breeding combined with ecological circular agriculture in Jilin Province are put forward.Mainly include: strengthening relevant technology research,developing planting and breeding combined with ecological cycle agriculture according to local conditions,improving the quality of employees,promoting the construction of planting and breeding combined with ecological cycle agriculture standards,and strengthening the promotion of advanced model technology.
