Research On The Development Strategy Of CY Cement Equipment Service Company

In the context of the global fight against COVID-19 in 2020,the global economy has been greatly affected.The subsequent mass printing of dollars makes global inflation more obvious,especially in 2021,the price of bulk commodities rises significantly,which has a serious impact on many international trading enterprises in China.And those import and export companies that provide design services are also facing a huge impact: a sharp drop in volume,rising operating costs,resulting in a number of companies appeared in the red.In this context,it is of great practical significance to study the development strategy on service-oriented import and export companies.In this thesis,CY company is selected as the research object to study the living status on service-oriented import and export enterprises.Strategic management tools are used to carry out research centering on the internal and external environment of the target enterprise.In this thesis,the external environment of the company is analyzed by using PEST analysis method,the industrial environment of the company is analyzed by Porter’s Five Forces model,and the SWOT matrix is formed by combing the internal and external strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of the company.By sorting out the internal and external key factors facing the company,and by the expert group members to score the weight of each factor,using quantitative strategic planning matrix and SWOT map,analyze and determine the development strategy in line with the company’s future.Through the study,it is found that the change of external environment and the development and change of enterprises in the industry have a great impact on CY Import and export companies providing design services.CY Company should make full use of favorable external opportunities,give full play to its advantages and overcome its disadvantages,and realize strategic transformation by increasing business types,improving service connotation and expanding service chain.Through the turnaround strategy to increase business types,increase revenue,to reverse the current adverse situation.This study has a certain guiding significance for the future development on CY company and a certain reference value for the development strategy formulation of other similar enterprises.
