Since the 21 st century,commercial banks have actively promoted the supply chain finance business and achieved good results in solving the financing problems of small and medium-sized enterprises.However,we should be aware that while generating economic benefits and promoting the rapid development of commercial banks,their supply chain finance business is also facing many problems and various risks,which may also pose a potential threat to the future operation and development of banks.Therefore,by studying M Bank Zaozhuang Branch,this paper explores the types of risks faced by its supply chain financial financing risks,evaluates the far-reaching impact of different types of risks on the future development of M Bank Zaozhuang Branch’s supply chain financial financing business,and puts forward corresponding risk control measures,which is very important for the healthy development of M Bank Zaozhuang Branch’s supply chain financial business and even the supply chain financial services of the whole commercial banking system.This paper studies the supply chain finance of M Bank Zaozhuang Branch with the help of analytic hierarchy process and expert scoring,and concludes that the credit risk,exogenous risk and distortion risk of core enterprises are the major risk factors for M Bank Zaozhuang Branch.The potential risks to its supply chain finance are the credit risk of upstream and downstream companies,market price level,endogenous business risk,evaluation risk,etc.However,the government’s industrial policy level,interest rate level,exchange rate level,outsourcing risk and delay risk will bring certain operational risks to supply chain finance.To effectively control the risks in the supply chain financial financing business,commercial banks need to do well: improve the comprehensive credit access management level of all credit entities in the whole value chain,especially the core enterprises;Strengthen the self-regulation of supply chain finance to avoid legal risks;Strengthen the process of electronic banking to avoid the risk of information transmission distortion;Pay attention to the credit risk of upstream and downstream enterprises of core enterprises,and pay attention to strengthening the dynamic management of collateral;Make rational use of interest rate marketization and control industrial risks,so as to improve credit monitoring and early warning capabilities.
