Research On The Construction Of China-Japan-Korea Free Trade Zone Under The Background Of "anti-globalization

Since the China Japan ROK Free Trade Area was proposed at the China Japan ROK leaders’ summit in 2002,a total of 16 rounds of negotiations have been held so far.Over the past 20 years,due to political disputes and external factors,the development of the Free Trade Area has experienced twists and turns and the process is slow.Recently,RCEP,as the outcome of East Asian regional cooperation and multilateral free trade negotiations,was officially signed and came into force,which created new opportunities for the construction,and laid a foundation for substantive progress in the negotiation of China Japan ROK Free Trade Area.Meanwhile,the current international environment is becoming more and more complex,and the momentum of "anti-globalization" has increased,and the global covid-19 pneumonia epidemic has been spreading,making the uncertainty of global economic and political development further increasing,and the situation in Russia and Ukraine is also affecting the stability of Global trade and the international situation,which all make countries realize the importance of intensifying cooperation.Therefore,it is urgent to work together to maintain a fair and reasonable global political and economic system.At present,the value of the China Japan ROK Free Trade Area has become more prominent,and the construction has also ushered in a new "window period".China,Japan and ROK are the core countries in Northeast Asia,and the establishment of the China Japan ROK Free Trade Area is not only the inevitability of geo economic development,but also in line with the national interests of China,Japan and ROK and the development of regional economic integration.Therefore,this paper will focus on the "anti-globalization" trend,study the construction of the China Japan ROK Free Trade Area,and comprehensively analyze the challenges and opportunities faced by China,Japan and ROK.In this regard,this paper will put forward feasible opinions and suggestions on how to break through the internal and external obstacles of the three countries and how to accelerate the construction of the China Japan ROK Free Trade Area under the current situation,so as to accelerate the construction,and promote the mutual benefit and win-win situation of the three countries,promote new breakthroughs in Northeast Asia cooperation,boost a new round of globalization,and help the development of free trade and world multi-polarization.
