With the further promotion of urbanization and the introduction of the reconstruction policy of old residential areas,the property enterprises are booming towards the trend of large-scale and standardization,and the market scale of the industry is also constantly expanding.However,due to the serious homogenization of property enterprises and the fierce market competition,the single value creation mode can no longer meet the market demand,so the property enterprises are in urgent need of value co-creation to reconstruct their market competitiveness.First of all,according to the root theory of qualitative research method,this paper establishes a value co-creation analysis system in the property industry from the four dimensions of value proposition,value creation subject,resource integration and value realization through the three programs of open coding,spindle coding and selective coding,and study found that the participants in value co-creation have extended to multiple stakeholders.Secondly,combined with the characteristics of the platform trend of property enterprises,the performance evaluation system of property service enterprises has been established from non-financial and financial perspectives.Among them,the performance evaluation from the non-financial perspective establishes the evaluation system for obtaining users and serving users based on the user dimension;the performance evaluation from the financial perspective takes increasing the value of enterprises as the core,and on this basis,a financial performance evaluation system based on stakeholder theory is established.According to the above framework,this paper analyzes the impact of the value co-creation of Color Life Service Group Co.,Ltd.on its performance.The research found that the value co-creation activities of color life have a positive impact on the company’s performance,especially from the dual value co-creation stage to the multi-value co-creation stage,the performance has improved significantly,but the multi-value co-creation stage lacks development motivation and the development has stagnated.Based on this,this paper proposes that the value creation of property enterprises should practice user-centered value proposition,improve the brand value of enterprises through the optimization of platform functions and the adjustment of value realization methods,and enhance the long-term profitability and development ability of enterprises.
