Lean manufacturing is widely deployed nowadays in the industries as a scientific way of production. Although the recall of Toyota has some strike to it, enterprises didn't lost their interest to go on deploying the lean manufacturing.This essay based on the analysis in and abroad, making analysis to the current deployment status in AB Company and making conclusions to the problem occurs during the deployment. It concludes the issues that should be pay attention to , how to face the problems, how to conquer the resistence during the deployment, and makes strategy for AB company.According to the analysis to AB company and the analysis to current status, the essay specifies a new way to avoid waste—Specialization, making deep analysis to the cause, status and solution to Specialization. At the same time, partial of staff are influenced by the recall of Toyota event and begin to doubt the effectiveness of lean manufacturing. They made deep discussion to the continuous effectiveness to lean manufacturing and made conclusion that Lean Manufacturing is still an effective and reasonable management tool and culture. As a summary of work experience, this paper brought out Action color, Warning color and observation color and supply a KANBAN management idea. Prefer purchase order driver production to KANBAN do when production conditions meet the requirement in KANBAN management. Strictly increasing line of TAKT Time should be emphasized in practicing of TAKT Time, to avoid capability of former process's very tight.
