| In 4G mobile communication market,A Communication company’s market share has been unable to break through the bottleneck.With the arrival of 5G era,revolutionary 5G products and services have brought a new high-quality development opportunity for operators and provided a platform basis for customer value enhancement.Based on the theory of customer transferable value,this dissertation investigates and summarizes the total value and total cost of customers through questionnaire survey,literature review and other methods.Use SPSS tool to verify the reliability and validity of customer value,and then calculate customer transfer value.On the basis of the above statistical data,the problems existing in the eight dimensions of customer product value,service value,personnel value,image value,monetary cost,time cost,physical cost and psychological cost are analyzed,and then the reasons for the formation of the problems are analyzed.Finally,according to the problems and causes to find the appropriate optimization scheme,with the ultimate integration and channel optimization as the starting point,the solution of high-quality development of customer value and relevant safeguard measures,so that the optimization scheme can be implemented.Of course,this dissertation cannot cover all the problems in the development of customer value,and the proposed solutions also have room for further improvement.This dissertation is intended to provide a way of thinking for the improvement of customer value in 5G era. |
