During the 13 th Five Year Plan period,local governments in China actively implemented the Rural Revitalization Strategy and implemented a series of measures to carry out targeted poverty alleviation.As pressing danger is Internet plus agriculture,the Internet plus agriculture is a more efficient way.Based on the consideration of drainage,many Internet enterprises also actively carry out fresh e-commerce business with the help of their existing business foundation.However,unlike ordinary commodities,fresh agricultural products are perishable and vulnerable to consumption.Their high requirements for storage and transportation greatly improve the difficulty of fresh e-commerce agricultural product supply chain management.Therefore,it is particularly important to further innovate the supply chain management mode of fresh e-commerce agricultural products.Taking a fresh e-commerce company as the research object,on the basis of understanding the current situation of its agricultural product supply chain management,this thesis further analyzes and finds that the agricultural product supply chain management of a fresh e-commerce company still has the problems of high procurement cost of agricultural products,poor marketing effect of agricultural products,high logistics cost of agricultural products,poor after-sales service quality of agricultural products The five major problems are that the informatization degree of agricultural product supply chain management is not high.The main reasons for these problems include the imperfect management mode of agricultural product suppliers of company a,the original marketing mode is not suitable for agricultural product marketing,the lack of flexibility of agricultural product logistics business management mode,the imperfect after-sales service system of agricultural products,and the imperfect information system of agricultural product supply chain.Therefore,combined with the analysis results of a fresh e-commerce enterprise,this thesis defines the optimization objectives and principles of fresh e-commerce agricultural products supply chain management.Then,SIPOC model is used to further analyze the key control points of fresh e-commerce agricultural products supply chain,and the corresponding optimization contents are determined.Finally,in order to ensure the implementation of the optimization scheme,the safeguard measures and scheme effect evaluation suggestions are put forward,in order to provide relevant reference for the agricultural product supply chain management of fresh e-commerce enterprises.However,because this thesis mainly designs the indicators through the balanced scorecard,the relevant indicators need to be further improved in practice;And how to give play to the social value of fresh e-commerce companies under targeted poverty alleviation is also important and meaningful for this research,which also needs further research.
