Fresh agricultural products demand high speed-to-market and environmental storage requirements,but the traditional way of business is lack of well-established procurement management system,so it cannot guarantee food safety,customer satisfaction and corporate margin.Facing the opportunities and challenges,fresh food e-commerce industry,have to solve all the pressing issues e.g.how to foster strengths and circumvent weaknesses,how to guarantee food safety and product quality,how to improve the customers loyalty,and how to improve the enterprise gross profit.The competition of fresh food e-commerce has evolved from the price and customers into the supply chain,and in which more specifically,is on procurement process the purchasing management has indisputable become the top priority in the supply chain management,if you want to develop fresh food e-commerce,we must first solve the basic problem,that is to establish a perfect fresh food e-commerce procurement management system.Based on the background of the fresh food e-commerce and the theory of supply chain procurement management,this paper analyses the current situation of fresh food e-commerce supply chain procurement management industry,discusses the problems existing in the supply chain procurement management,and designs the optimization model and evaluation system of fresh food e-commerce supply chain procurement.Finally,the paper uses field study of Yihaodian proprietary fresh food,to put forward the Cross-impact analysis,JIT purchasing management,TOPSIS analysis method and the balanced scorecard model to optimize fresh food e-commerce supply chain procurement management.The innovation of this paper lies in:(1)Using Cross-analysis to guide the purchasing demand;(2)Using models to analyze the benefits of JIT purchasing management and traditional distribution methods;(3)Using TOPSIS model to build a fresh food supplier selection model;(4)Using balanced scorecard model supplier evaluation system to guide suppliers to assess the traditional assessment methods.
