| As a state-owned assets operation and management company,Xicheng Company not only undertakes the government task,but also shoulders the responsibility of ensuring the maintenance and appreciation of state-owned assets.Under the economic and social background of market-oriented reform,it is facing the dual pressure from the government and the market.With the deepening of marketization reform of state-owned enterprises,the original organizational structure of the company has been unable to meet the needs of operation and management.In order to be in an invincible position in the increasingly fierce market competition and realize the long-term development of the company,Xicheng Company finally decided to carry out organizational structure reform.By summarizing and analyzing the theories related to organizational structure and organizational reengineering,this paper lays the theoretical foundation for organizational structure reform of the company.At the same time,according to the actual situation of Xicheng Company,it analyzes the problems existing in the company and makes clear the direction of the company’s reform and development.Finally,combining theory with practice,the paper puts forward the reform plan of organizational structure of Xicheng Company,and determines the comprehensive organizational structure form of combining strips and pieces and complementing AB angles.It is hoped that the research on the organizational structure reform strategy of Xicheng Company can provide some reference experience for the reform of other similar state-owned assets operation and management companies. |
