A Study On Financial Support For Agricultural Modernization In Jilin Province

As a basic industry,agriculture plays an important role in ensuring national food security,maintaining social peace and stability,and promoting stable economic operation.For a long time,the state has attached great importance to agriculture,rural areas and farmers,and made a major strategic plan to vigorously promote agricultural modernization.In July 2020,when General Secretary Xi Jinping visited Jilin,he stressed that Jilin should accelerate the transformation of agricultural development mode and create more experience in exploring the path of modern agricultural development.Therefore,as a large agricultural province of Jilin,the realization of agricultural modernization is very important,and the realization of agricultural modernization can not be separated from the support of rural finance.This paper studies the supporting effect of rural finance on agricultural modernization from the perspective of Jilin Province.Firstly,this paper combs the theoretical basis of rural finance,redefines the meaning of agricultural modernization and rural finance.Secondly,this paper analyzes the development status of agricultural modernization in Jilin Province,the development status of rural finance and the problems existing in the development process of rural finance.Thirdly,this paper from the rural financial scale,efficiency of rural finance,agriculture insurance depth,three dimensions to measure the rural financial development level,with the method of grey correlation analysis with index of agricultural modernization as the reference sequence,the rural financial indicators to compare the sequence,the empirical analysis of jilin province rural financial support for agriculture modernization development effect.Finally,based on the empirical analysis conclusions and the actual problems of rural finance in Jilin Province,this paper puts forward the corresponding policy suggestions.
