Study On The Influence Of Hubei Province Agricultural Loan On The Development Of Agricultural Modernization

Deepening the reformation of rural finance and pushing the development of rural modernization are the important research project of economic field.The change of dualistic economy in our country is in Lewis turning stage,the main reason of lagged transition is the difference of resource allocation between city and village.Entering the Lewis turning stage,national economic policy has transferred from agricultural supports industry to industry regurgitation-feeding agriculture.Due to feebleness of agriculture,the development of agriculture economy lags the economic society.The question is lacking the fund of rural modernization development.Under the background of agriculture production cost increased,resource environment restrain is intense,the competition of international agriculture market is aggravating,updating agriculture industrialization and developing agriculture modernization become the essential choice of promoting economic development and strengthening people living security.Therefore,the research of the influence of agricultural loan to the development of agricultural modernization,has a important meaning of deepening rural finance reformation.The original intention of this paper is to understand the actual situation and research progress of rural finance to support the development of agricultural modernization.At the same time,to understand that the impact of agricultural loan on agricultural modernization in Hubei Province.The increase of agricultural loans can be supplemented by the financial support for agriculture,expand the agricultural and rural investment space,accelerate the transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements and the implementation of infrastructure projects to promote the development of agricultural modernization.At the same time,China is in the primary stage of socialism.Under the condition of imperfect development of market economy and slow economic growth,deepening the rural financial reform needs to strengthen the government's macro guidance,supervision and service.In this paper,from the perspective of agricultural loans,in-depth access to domestic and international agricultural finance to promote the development of agricultural modernization of the latest research literature,using the development of economic theory of agricultural development and agricultural financial development theory as a theoretical support,to study the influence of agricultural loan on the development of agricultural modernization in Hubei province and to understand the latest situation of agricultural finance and agricultural modernization,based on the statistical data of Hubei Province from 1996 to 2015,this paper uses factor analysis method and multiple linear regression method.Taking the agricultural loan as the independent variable and the overall level of agricultural modernization in Hubei Province as the dependent variable,through the measurement test analysis,it is concluded that the agricultural loan has a certain impetus to the good development of agricultural modernization in Hubei Province,the financial demand of the modern agricultural industry chain and the widening of the supply of funds.Through regression analysis,agricultural loans have a positive correlation with per capita mechanical total power,effective irrigated area per unit of cultivated land,rural electrified electricity consumption,rural fixed assets investment and per capita net income index of farmers.Increasing the investment of agricultural loans in the development of agricultural modernization and establishing a multi-level and diversified rural financial market not only can increase the rural infrastructure construction,improve the conditions of agricultural cultivation,it also accelerates the development of new agriculture,increases the added value of agricultural products and incomes.However,the support of agricultural finance is not enough,the shortage of supply of agricultural funds and the unreasonable way,the development of agricultural financial market is not perfect to a certain extent,so restricting the development of agricultural modernization in Hubei Province.
