As enterprises and other types of organizations are facing complex and changing internal and external environments,it is increasingly difficult for single leadership behavior to maintain sustainable competitive advantage.The characteristics of dual management ideology have been widely studied by enterprises and scholars.Compared with the single leadership style,dual leadership adopts "dual" thinking to flexibly deal with and view the difficulties and conflicts in the organization,and performs better in behavior and cognition,so as to break through and solve management problems.The continuous exploration in the field of dual leadership,in response to the complex environment of fast and changeable organization,reveals the demand of the theoretical and practical circles for new leadership style.This study based on leadership contingency theory and social exchange theory,to explore the relationship between the dual leadership and job performance,at the same time analyze the dual leadership and followership in the mediation role of employee job performance and emotional commitment between the dual leadership and followership adjustment effect,aims to improve employees performance for the enterprise to provide theoretical Suggestions and practical guidance.Through literature research,questionnaire survey and statistical analysis,362 valid questionnaires were collected with effective recovery rate of 85.18%.After sorting out and analyzing the data collected,the following conclusions were drawn based on the effective data and empirical analysis results :(1)dual leadership has a significant positive impact on employees’ job performance;(2)Dual leadership has a significant positive effect on followership;(3)Followership has a significant positive impact on employee job performance;(4)Followership partially mediates the effect of ambivalent leadership on employee job performance;(5)Affective commitment moderates the relationship between ambivalent leadership and employee followership,namely,the higher the affective commitment,the stronger the positive effect of ambivalent leadership on employee followership,and the weaker the negative effect.The above research results have deepened the academic understanding of the effect of transformation-transaction dual leadership,and have certain exploration significance for the research fields of dual leadership,followership and job performance.Some management suggestions are put forward from the perspective of organization and leadership :(1)pay attention to the intrinsic value of dual management and improve the effectiveness of leadership;(2)Attach importance to the cultivation of followership of employees and improve the followership level of subordinates;(3)Timely follow up the psychological state of employees,enhance the attention of subordinates to emotional commitment.
