| Catering industry is an important part of the tertiary industry in China,and it is also closely related to people’s life.However,in recent years,due to the impact of economic growth slowdown,consumption transformation and upgrading,operating cost growth and other factors,as well as the impact of the outbreak of the COVID-19 on the catering industry,the catering industry is facing a huge threat to its survival,which also poses a challenge to the follow-up development of catering enterprises.In order to overcome these difficulties,catering enterprises have to carry out transformation and upgrading,and catering service innovation is the key link.Based on the above background,this thesis will study the catering service innovation of catering chain enterprises by combining the example of Y catering chain enterprises in Zhoushan City.First of all,this thesis analyzes the current situation of domestic and foreign research on the operation of catering chain enterprises and catering service innovation,and establishes the main contents and methods of the research based on this.Secondly,it analyzes the innovative mode and influencing factors of catering service of catering chain enterprises,and establishes two innovative modes of catering service,namely,internal innovation and consumer led innovation.Under the mode of enterprise internal innovation,this thesis makes a SWOT analysis of the company’s catering service innovation ability,finds out the problems of the enterprise in three aspects: catering culture,clerk service and marketing,and formulates the enterprise’s catering service innovation development strategy focusing on disadvantages and opportunities.In the consumer led mode,this thesis uses the content analysis method to build an evaluation system for the current situation of catering service innovation based on consumer network evaluation analysis,evaluates the current situation of catering service innovation of the enterprise,and finds that the enterprise has shortcomings in four aspects: dish innovation,service innovation,environment innovation and marketing innovation.Through the analysis of the above two innovation modes,this thesis finally takes the clerk service innovation,environment innovation,marketing innovation and dishes innovation as the main innovation direction,and puts forward a series of specific countermeasures for the catering service innovation of Y catering chain enterprises in Zhoushan City.The research of this thesis provides countermeasures and ideas for the catering service innovation of Y catering chain enterprises in Zhoushan City,and provides help for the future development of the company.At the same time,it also provides new ideas for the research of catering service innovation in the catering industry,and has certain reference value for other similar enterprises. |
