Research On The Survey On The Satisfaction Situation Of Tax Service In Grass-roots Taxation Departments And Suggestions For Improvement Suggestions

Taxation has a unique and fundamental position in the economic and social development of the country.After the reform of national and local tax collection and management system,the status of tax service work in taxation department has become more and more important.The taxation system carried out regular and irregular taxation publicity activities every year for the convenience and benefit of the people,which is to solve the real problems plaguing taxpayers and bill payers and strive to enhance taxpayers’ satisfaction.This thesis takes the taxation system of Bozhou City,Anhui Province as the research object,and adopts the methods of literature analysis,field survey and data analysis to carry out the study.Through the survey on the taxation service personnel of taxation departments and the taxation personnel of enterprises,it is concluded that the services such as electronic tax bureau are recognized by taxpayers,while the services of12366 hotline and policy propaganda training are not highly recognized,so as to find the main problems in the current taxation service such as the law is not perfect,the facilities are not complete,the behavior is not standardized,the methods are not diversified,the service awareness is not enough,the propaganda is not practical enough and the management loopholes exist,and analyze the reasons for the existence of the problems.In view of the existing problems,this thesis puts forward relevant suggestions and countermeasures in six aspects,such as improving relevant legal norms,equipping software and hardware facilities,improving service level,improving service awareness,increasing publicity effectiveness and enhancing management level,to provide reference and reference for taxation departments to improve service level,enhance taxpayers’ satisfaction and sense of acquisition,and improve taxpayers’ tax compliance.In the next step,we will carry out research related to tax service work in developed areas to further enrich the research results.
