| The tax department is one of the most important economic departments in our country,carrying the important functions of optimizing the construction of the business environment,streamlining administration and delegating powers,and ensuring national taxation and economic security.At present,with the further deepening of the reform of decentralization,regulation and service,the quality of taxation services directly affects the construction and development of the local business environment.Optimizing taxation services has become a hot topic of high concern in the current society.Especially in recent years,with the transfer of social security premiums and non-tax taxes,the new type of coronavirus pneumonia has attacked in turn,and taxpayers and payers have also put forward higher requirements for tax payment services.Therefore,in the face of the new situation and new tasks,how to improve the satisfaction and sense of gain of taxpayers and payers by optimizing the level of tax payment services is an important topic that needs continuous attention and research.This article takes the K district tax bureau as the research object。Firstly,it defined the connotation of tax services and elaborated on the theoretical basis;Then,through an introduction to the overall development situation of K district,the introduction of K district tax bureau,and the measures taken by K district tax bureau in terms of tax services,the current status of tax services in K district was introduced.Through surveys and interviews on taxpayer satisfaction,the problems and causes of tax services in K district tax bureau were analyzed and summarized.In response to the existing problems,strategies to optimize tax services were proposed.At present,the K district tax bureau mainly faces problems such as insufficient tax service capabilities,inadequate publicity and guidance,the low level of informational construction,and low level of socialization.The main reasons for this include inadequate tax service concepts,lack of supervision and assessment mechanisms,inadequate analysis of taxpayers’ publicity and guidance needs,incomplete tax service teams,and insufficient investment in informational construction.This article believes that in response to the current problems,the K district tax bureau should optimize and adjust from five aspects: firstly,the K district tax bureau should strengthen the comprehensive quality training of tax personnel,popularize service awareness,improve the evaluation mechanism,and comprehensively strengthen the construction of tax service teams;The second is to unblock the channels for collecting taxpayers’ needs,establish a model of taxpayers’ needs,and carry out precise publicity and guidance guided by taxpayers’ needs;The third is to innovate the forms of publicity and guidance,establish a publicity and guidance team,strengthen effectiveness evaluation,and comprehensively improve the quality and effectiveness of publicity and guidance;The fourth is to strengthen the informatization construction of tax services,increase hardware investment,strengthen talent support,and improve the convenience level of "contactless" tax handling;The fifth is to establish a tax service industry association,strengthen the standardized management of socialized tax service institutions,improve the level of specialization,and leverage the effectiveness of socialized tax service. |
