| In recent years,with the development and improvement of big data,blockchain,artificial intelligence and other technologies,prepaid consumption has been favored by consumers and merchants.However,few companies have created special third-party platforms related to prepaid consumption.Therefore,this paper selects T company as a research case,and creatively proposes a third-party prepaid consumption platform.The platform aims to use a number of technologies such as big data,artificial intelligence and blockchain to manage the prepaid transaction process and facilitate local payment and settlement,and collect certain fees from it.As the third-party prepaid consumption platform company is currently in the initial stage,there are many places that are not perfect.Through in-depth analysis of the current situation of the profit model,it is found that there are the following problems: relatively single profit point,low viscosity of profit objects,limited profit sources,weak profit leverage and weak profit barrier.In order to solve the above problems,based on the five elements theory of profit model,information asymmetry theory,precipitation capital theory,value creation theory and other theoretical foundations,the article adopts the research methods of literature research,case analysis,field research,experience summary and five elements analysis to analyze the internal functions of Guangxi t science and Technology Development Co.,Ltd The macro and micro environment and the current situation of the profit model are thoroughly combed and analyzed.From the five aspects of profit point,profit object,profit source,profit lever and profit barrier,the existing profit model is optimized,and the supporting facilities are provided to ensure the optimization effect.It is found that according to the operating characteristics of T company,it can create new profit points by promoting cross-border cooperation;Establish the "five forces marketing model" with the help of Porter’s five forces model to enhance customer stickiness and expand profit targets;Strengthen the introduction of flow and broaden the source of profit;Strengthen external communication and leverage the profit lever;Give full play to technical advantages,build a strong profit barrier,etc.,optimize the profit model of the third-party prepaid consumption platform company,and take corresponding supporting measures from the aspects of development strategy,internal control,core competitiveness,internal supervision and efficient services to ensure the optimization effect of the profit model,so as to provide Enlightenment for similar enterprises in Guangxi,At the same time,to a certain extent,it is also conducive to creating a good business environment and the long-term development of Guangxi’s digital economy. |
