| With the maturity of the Internet and online payment technology,online shopping has experienced rapid development.Fresh products are the necessities of people’s daily life,but the traditional online shopping mode could not meet consumers’ demands timely.Additionally,China’s urbanized way of living is conducive to demand aggregation and centralized distribution.Based on this,the community group purchase model emerges accordingly.CX company is a platform providing community group purchase services in31 provinces nationwide.As the number of community group purchase orders soars and its business scope expands,CX company is now facing various problems,namely,improper warehousing procedure,low informatization level,and high customer complaint rate.In such context,it is of great significance to reflect on the procedure of the community group purchase service and improve the service procedure of CX company.Firstly,a survey was conducted to understand the status quo of the community group purchase service of CX company and identify the existing problems,based on which a business flow chart was made.Then,a Petri net was constructed for the business process of the community group purchase service of CX company using an incidence matrix to construct a subnet relationship of the Petri net.The Petri net model and Markov chain were combined to find existing synchronization and conflicting relationships,and the performance of each node was calculated to identify links to be optimized.Finally,improvement measures for the links to be optimized were proposed.After eliminating links that do not add value to the service or reducing their occurrence rate and adjusting the procedure order,the optimized process was obtained.By comparing the service process time of the community group purchase before and after optimization,it is found that the average time of delay was reduced by 23.87%,and the optimized process has greatly increased the operation efficiency of the community group purchase service.This thesis applies Petri net-based method for the process optimization of community group purchase,expands the application scope of Petri net,and provides reference to other community group purchase companies hindered by service process-related problems.This paper has 14 figures,29 tables,and 53 cited references. |
