Study On The Coupled Coordination Degree Of Ecology-Economy-Society System Of Provinces And Autonomous Regions In The Yellow River Basin

In recent years,the provinces in the Yellow River Basin have made remarkable achievements in ecological construction,continuously improved the quality and efficiency of economic development,and gradually improved social and public services.However,they are also faced with such problems as serious ecological problems in some regions,large development gap between regions,slow development of emerging industries,and insufficient development conditions in backward regions.Promoting the coordinated development of the Yellow River basin is an important task for China to achieve comprehensive,coordinated and sustainable development.Ecological protection,economic development and social progress are important aspects of the coordinated development of the Yellow River Basin,and their coupled coordination level affects the overall development of the Yellow River Basin.Therefore,the coordinated development of the Yellow River basin is analyzed from three aspects of ecology,economy and society.Firstly,this paper combs the relevant research of domestic and foreign scholars on regional coordinated development,reviews the literature,and summarizes the theoretical mechanism of regional coordinated development.Secondly,this paper analyzes the coupled relationship among ecological,economic and social subsystems in the Yellow River basin,and explains the development status of each subsystem according to the index evaluation results.Then,this paper measure the ecology-economy-society coupled coordination degree of the provinces in the Yellow River Basin,and analyzes its spatio-temporal evolution characteristics and driving factors.Finally,According to the main conclusions,policy suggestions are put forward from ecological,economic and social aspects.The research conclusions are as follows:(1)The coupled coordination classification of provinces in the Yellow River Basin from 2010 to 2019 mainly includes three types: primary coordination,intermediate coordination and good coordination.The changes of coupled coordination degree can be roughly divided into two categories: Shanxi,Inner Mongolia and Shandong showed a downward trend;Henan,Shaanxi,Gansu,Qinghai and Ningxia showed an overall upward trend.(2)The spatial positive correlation of the ecology-economy-society coupled coordination degree among provinces changed from insignificant to significant.The coordinated development level of the lower reaches of the Yellow River basin is better than that of the upper and middle reaches of the Yellow River Basin.The agglomeration phenomenon of the lower level coupled coordination region mainly exists in the upper and middle reaches of the Yellow River Basin,while the agglomeration phenomenon of the higher level coupling coordination region appears in the lower reaches of the Yellow River Basin.(3)From 2010 to 2019,qinghai,Inner Mongolia,Shanxi and Shandong basically maintained a trend of development,while Shaanxi,Henan,Gansu and Ningxia experienced a change in their coordinated development.(4)From 2010 to 2019,the competitive relationship among provinces in the Yellow River Basin was stronger than the synergistic relationship.The ecology-economy-society coupled coordination degree in the Yellow River Basin shows path dependence in time dimension,and the positive spatial effect of coordinated development among provinces needs to be further improved.(5)The resource utilization efficiency,the ecological construction intensity,the economic development,the industrial upgrading,the level of openness and the technological innovation all have important impacts on coordinated development of the Yellow River Basin.The economic growth rate has the greatest positive impact on coordinated development,while the energy consumption has the greatest negative impact on coordinated development.
