Enterprise management of their own value evaluation a very important role,can provide a realistic foundation and direction,so as to further attract investors to invest,expand the business share in the market,improve the market competitiveness,the market enterprises often according to the data presented by the financial statements,ignore the impact of enterprise equity capital cost on enterprise value,and equity capital cost can bring value,this part is the economic added value(Economic Value Added,EVA).The EVA value evaluation method mainly evaluates the profitability of enterprises from the perspective of shareholders,which can provide a guiding role for the investment activities related to enterprises.The development prospects of the e-commerce industry are unprecedented good,which has also led to the rise of the surrounding industries,including the express industry investors are gradually paying attention to the domestic first-class express company —— SF Express.This thesis uses the literature research method,takes SF Express as the research object,and uses the EVA value evaluation method to evaluate its enterprise value,so as to help the internal management pay attention to the capital structure and development trend of the enterprise,make correct management decisions,and walk out of the correct development path.This thesis discusses the EVA value evaluation method,expounds its concept,theory and method in detail,and analyzes the significance of using the EVA value evaluation method.Secondly,thesis introduces the basic enterprise information of SF Express,and analyzes the changes after the introduction of EVA value assessment system from four aspects: macro environment,industry development,national policy and enterprise financial situation,which is conducive to the smooth development of the calculation and evaluation process.Thirdly,through the previous analysis of the financial status of SF Express,the EVA value evaluation model is established.The history of shun abundant speed EVA calculation,and predict the future EVA value,at the end of the article for motion enterprise value evaluation is consistent with the actual situation of the results,the EVA value evaluation method used to calculate the effectiveness of motion express enterprise value,targeted motion express value promotion effective Suggestions.Finally,the full text is summarized,find problems for the existing situation and put forward rectification suggestions,and look forward to the future development prospects.The research conclusions of this thesis are as follows:(1)EVA value evaluation method and SF enterprises have the same development direction and can be used for value evaluation.(2)The introduction of equity capital cost factor in the EVA evaluation method can improve the authenticity of the data.(3)The stable value results obtained through this method are relatively high.
