A Study Of Staff Recruitment And Selection In Onicor Company,Comoros

This study sought to analyze and evaluate the recruitment and selection of personnel at ONICOR,Comoros.The study was conducted quantitatively using a questionnaire.The questionnaire data were obtained from 100 respondents and 10 respondents representing recruiters.A simple random sampling technique was used to ensure that the sample was selected from the target population.Excel was used for data processing.The main objective of this study was to address the problems encountered in the recruitment and selection process of the company and to propose solutions accordingly.The main objectives of this study were to determine the impact of problems in ONICOR’s recruitment process on employee turnover and to determine the impact of the recruitment and selection process on ONICOR’s organizational productivity.The paper presents the current state of recruitment management at ONICOR,analyzes the company’s problems in recruitment management based on questionnaire data,and proposes solutions based on this.Overall,the results show that ONICOR’s HRM system needs further improvement and that the systems,structures and programs of Comoros HRM practices are still evolving with the expectation of benefiting from the whole practice.In order to properly conduct this study,the focus was on two to three specific objectives,including accomplishing the performance levels of ONICOR employees,determining the explanatory factors of their performance,and determining the impact of the recruitment and selection process based on ONICOR’s performance.Finally,it is hoped that this study will provide useful lessons for ONICOR’s recruitment and selection process and for the recruitment and selection process of similar companies in the Comoros.
