The management of human resources becomes the key strategic resources. As the first procedure in human resources management, the employee recruitment is the most important strategy in the development of bank, meanwhile, it’s also the key factor in the core competitiveness of bank. Regarding the SPD Bank H Branch as the object of study, this thesis introduced the background of H Branch and its human resources management status, analyzed the statistics of the recruitment data from 2012 to 2014, looked for the problems in the recruitment and proposing the schemes. The thesis applied the theory of job analysis, personality analysis, and the competence model to analyze and find out the problems in the recruitment. According to the data and analysis, the thesis pretend the schemes of recruitment of H Branch.With the analysis of the recruitment and the designing of the schemes, I wish that it could solve the problems of the recruitment of H Branch, or providing ideas and suggestions for the future development.
