Nowadays the world is more and more running for globalization, integration and competition highly, and the competition mainly focuses on high-tech and talents. The company that owns the most competitive talents will be the international leader and master. Therefore, recruitment with high effectiveness is not only the precondition and foundation of human resource management , but also for multi-national corporate a competitive advantage to guarantee and enhance their continual development in China.The thesis deeply explores the process of and influence factors to new employee recruitment by Human Resource fundamentals. By the way of introducing practices and cases in staffing, the author points out and analyses existing problems in recruitment process and some new trends of multi-national companies in China, and then comes up with my solutions. The author really hopes some ideas in this article may make a little contribution to other practitioners in human resource in ChinaThis paper puts forward the study background at first, six challenges faced by the HRs, based on the reality and developing trend of Human Resource Management of multi-national companies in China. The problems existing in recruitment are also pointed out the meaning to select it as the study subject is deduced. The second part of the article analyses fundamental theories of and influencing factors internally and externally to recruitment. And then, the third part does an integrated research on each module of recruitment process. The fourth part focus on some subjects paid attention by HR, such as Work analysis, Trend of recruiting internally, Dilemma in recruiting between internally and externally, Campus recruitment, Background investment and C&B package negotiation before hiringIn the last section, base on the summarization and forecast on recruitment, the author comes up that enhancing the effectiveness and quality of recruitment and at the same time, combining with the business closely can support a long term development.
