Flexibility as a kind of humanized management system in overseas practice for a long time,early in 2020 the outbreak of "new crown" broke out in our country,the system of shift system and flexible work life such as telecommuting,in an unexpected way have emerged in China’s organization and management practice,even in the era of more gentle "epidemic" after the outbreak,flexible are still in used in various fields.At present,the researches on flexible working system in China mostly adopt qualitative methods,and most of them study the changes and impacts brought by flexible working system from the perspective of enterprise implementation,while there are few researches on the impacts on the acceptance and implementation willingness of flexible working system from the perspective of both employees and enterprises.The popularization and development of flexible working system in China’s future management practice needs to be explored by local academic research.Therefore,the factors influencing the implementation of flexible working system and willingness to accept will be explored based on the strategy of combining quantitative and qualitative research from the perspective of enterprises and employees.With the help of Citespace knowledge Graph tool,the literature on flexible work system at home and abroad was sorted out and reviewed to clarify the research status at home and abroad.By grounded theory,the 38 enterprises managers and 54 employees one-to-one in-depth interviews,and with the aid of Nvivo11 software will interview data coding,formed the characteristic,self-efficacy,including work on work-family balance,the factors influencing perceived value and the external pressure 5,a total of eight constitute factor of flexible employees accept will influence factor model,And the influencing factor model of flexible working enterprise’s implementation intention with 11 components including task characteristics,organizational efficacy,human nature hypothesis,perceived value and external pressure.According to the theoretical model of qualitative research,the research hypothesis is proposed,and 186 enterprise managers and 348 employees are investigated by online questionnaire.After the reliability and validity analysis,variable correlation analysis and regression analysis of the scale are conducted by using SPSS24.0 software,the results are as follows: Job characteristics,self-efficacy,perceived value,external pressure for flexible acceptance will have significant impact on employees,job characteristics and job autonomy and social attribute of dimension,self-efficacy,perceived value and perceived gains dimension of flexible employees acceptance will have a positive positive influence,External pressure has a negative impact on the acceptance willingness of flexible working system employees.Selfefficacy of task characteristics,organization,human nature assumption,gains perception,perception,and external pressure of flexible enterprise will have significant impact on implementation,including autonomy,task characteristics and team organization self-efficacy dimensions,Y type human nature hypothesis of managers and perception on flexible enterprise gains will have a positive positive influence,Task complexity,perceived loss and external pressure negatively affect the willingness to implement flexible working system.In addition,the flexible enterprise implementation of wills and the staff to accept comparative analysis found that employee acceptance of all kinds of elastic working method will significantly were higher than enterprise implement will,enterprise employees of the sensitivity of the dependent variable is greater than before,show that the flexible marketing implementation process,improve the enterprise implementing willingness is the key.Through qualitative research for flexible enterprise and employees to accept intend to explore the influence factors of forming theory model,and USES empirical method to validate the theoretical model,according to the research conclusion suggestion to management,and in view of the insufficient research was discussed,in order to enrich our flexible implementation-acceptance will antecedent research,It will serve as a reference for future research in this field.
