| Due to the less pollution and the less emission characteristics of electric vehicles(EV),vigorously promoting electric vehicles has become the starting point and landing point of the automobile industry reform with the development of the electric vehicle industry,the recycling of waste batteries has been put on the agenda.However,there are many problems in the recycling of electric vehicle waste batteries,such as imperfect inventory management in the recycling supply chain and inventory discoordination between upstream and downstream enterprises.In order to solve these problems,the joint inventory model is favored by the upstream and downstream enterprises of the supply chain.However,the joint inventory mode has high requirements for coordination among member enterprises in the EV waste battery recycling supply chain.Only reasonable coordination among members can promote the formation of the joint inventory mode in the battery recycling supply chain.Inventory optimization under the joint inventory mode and the distribution of surplus income under the optimal inventory are the keys to the joint inventory coordination of the EV waste battery recycling supply chain.Therefore,this paper conducts a systematic study on the joint inventory coordination of the EV waste battery recycling supply chain.First,in this paper,guided by the theory of inventory management,the EV waste battery recycling a variety of supply chain inventory models for qualitative analysis,found that the joint inventory model is more suitable for the development of EV battery recycling scrap supply chain,and the joint inventory model equilibrium and evolution path of a joint inventory model for two aspects of the forming condition is analyzed,in order to ensure the formation of the joint inventory model.Then,on the basis of the formation of the joint inventory model,the joint inventory coordination model of the EV waste battery recycling supply chain is constructed.The joint inventory coordination model is divided into two stages:the joint inventory optimization model and the residual income coordination model.In the first stage,a joint inventory optimization model is established with the goal of minimizing the total cost to obtain the optimal joint inventory of the recovery supply chain.On the basis of joint inventory optimization,the model of residual revenue coordination in the second stage is constructed,and the residual revenue coordination in the form of three parties negotiating alone and alliance bargaining is analyzed to ensure that the optimal joint inventory in the first stage can be maintained for a long time.Finally,in order to verify the effectiveness of the joint inventory coordination model,the influence of transportation cost,inventory holding cost,out-of-stock cost,and other factors on the total cost and the optimal inventory of each nodal enterprise is analyzed with an example,and the comparative analysis is made under the two bargaining residual income coordination game modes.The results show that the joint inventory coordination system can effectively solve the shortage of supply chain inventory management and promote the operation of the recycling supply chain.The research in this paper enriched the joint inventory coordination system of the EV waste battery recycling supply chain,and the method adopted provided new ideas and methods to support the future joint inventory system-related research.The analysis of the forming conditions of the joint inventory mode of the EV waste battery recycling supply chain provides a reference for the evolution of the joint inventory mode of the supply chain.After the formation of the joint inventory model,joint inventory coordination is studied from the two aspects of joint inventory optimization and residual income coordination to provide guidance for the improvement of synergism and operation efficiency of enterprises at each node. |
