As the target period of "Made in China 2025" is approaching,China’s manufacturing industry has ushered in the golden period of development.How to seize the opportunity in the transformation of traditional casting enterprises and continuously improve the competitiveness of products has become the direction of continuous exploration by various enterprises.In the past,most traditional foundry company only pay attention to the increase of production capacity,ignore the human factor,human capital as the first resource of the company,has the irreplaceable significance,how to use effective management means,the effect of human capital play to the largest,many foundry enterprises is an urgent need to solve the problem,this article on the basis of performance management related knowledge,through the performance management tool,Taking K enterprise in the transition period as an example,this paper studies the performance management of the enterprise department,in order to establish a performance management system adapted to its strategic development needs,help improve the overall performance management level of the enterprise,improve the competitiveness of the enterprise.First of all,the paper introduces the development history of departmental performance management,and sorts out the research results of domestic and foreign academic circles on departmental performance management.Based on the investigation of the latest research results,the paper is launched.At the same time,the basic theory,general business process and common management tools of department performance management are introduced.Taking K Company as an example,the current situation of department performance management of K Company is fully grasped by means of investigation,field visit and interview,and problems are found:Replacing performance management with performance appraisal,absence of performance management,unreasonable setting of performance indicator system,insufficient incentive of performance management,lack of performance guidance and feedback,etc.Formation cause of the problem from multiple perspectives on the thorough analysis,and through the scientific performance management tools,such as key performance indicators,such as the balanced scorecard,construct conforms to the actual situation of the company K performance evaluation indicators,the indicators weight design,structures,performance management process,helping the company formation is operational,the department of scientific and reasonable performance evaluation plan;Finally,from the aspects of institutional guarantee,organizational guarantee,cultural guarantee and other aspects of the implementation of the program to ensure the smooth implementation of the optimization program.Through the research of this paper,the gap in performance management of K company department is made up,an effective management system is formed,the potential of employees is stimulated to the greatest extent,the management efficiency of the company is improved,and the transformation and upgrading of the enterprise is promoted.At the same time,it provides reference for similar industries and enterprises.
