Research On Digital Village Construction

Through the years,in the wake of rapid growth of information technique in China,information technology has been deeply applied to the development of agriculture and rural areas.Rural areas are developing towards information and intelligence,thus promoting the modernization of agriculture and rural areas.Since the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Central Committee has put forward the major historical task of implementing the Rural Revitalization Strategy and placed the digital village in an important position of building a digital China.The construction of digital village is of great significance to the realization of rural economic development,rural social governance,rural government services and rural cultural development.Based on the background of Rural Revitalization and construction,from the perspective of digital village construction,this paper takes S village in Zhangqiu district as the research object.By virtue of the theory of service-oriented government,meta governance theory and sustainable development theory,combined with the background of digital village policy,and using the methods of visit survey and semi-structured interview,this paper summarizes the current situation of digital village construction in S village in Zhangqiu District,including the coordinated promotion of infrastructure construction by government and enterprises The digital service management platform is put into use and the digital construction with the participation of social organizations and enterprises.Based on the survey,this paper combs the problems existing in the construction of digital village in S village,such as the grass-roots government paying more attention to surface construction than overall planning,the poor effect of digital enabling rural work,and the need to strengthen the ability of cadres.Through in-depth analysis,the reasons are found,including the insufficient source of funds and investment for digital village construction,the lack of rural professional resources,the inadequate publicity and guidance of the government,and the low comprehensive quality of the villagers.In view of the above problems,the author tentatively puts forward countermeasures and suggestions,including strengthening the localized implementation of government policies,deepening the innovative and integrated development of rural industries,improving the digital literacy of cadres and the masses,so as to lay a foundation for rural revitalization and accelerate the construction and development of digital villages.
