Building energy consumption and carbon emissions will continue to grow in the future.Promoting the green and low-carbon transformation of the industry has become an inevitable trend of development.Introducing renewable energy into buildings to provide part of electric energy has become one of the important means,and the "photovoltaic integrated building" is booming.However,photovoltaic power generation has volatility and uncertainty.The combined use of energy storage system can effectively improve the utilization rate of photovoltaic power generation and reduce its negative impact on large power grid.Relevant studies have found that the configuration cost of energy storage system is the key to its economy,so it is of great significance to reasonably configure the capacity of energy storage system.At present,the research on the reasonable configuration of residential user side energy storage system is mostly from the perspective of maximizing the interests of users,but the high configuration cost of energy storage devices seriously affects the enthusiasm of users.This needs to be explored from a new perspective.Investors have the advantage of integrating various resources.This paper aims to discuss the capacity allocation of energy storage system in photovoltaic residence from the perspective of fully considering the interests of investors and users.The study finds that the interest relationship between investors and users can be established through consumers’ purchase intention.Therefore,this paper proposes the capacity optimization of energy storage system in photovoltaic residence considering consumers’ purchase intention.Firstly,based on the consideration of time-of-use price,photovoltaic output and user load,this paper designs the judgment process of charge and discharge state of energy storage system,constructs the charge state transfer equation between different periods,and puts forward the calculation method of charge and discharge capacity and purchase capacity of energy storage system.Secondly,this paper studies the main factors affecting consumers’ purchase intention,considers consumers’attention to environmental protection,measures the utility and utility increment of users buying different houses according to consumers’ expected price and actual price,analyzes users’purchase probability based on utility increment,and establishes a description model of consumers’ purchase intention.Then,this paper analyzes various factors affecting investors’profits,constructs a profit function,takes the maximization of investors’ profits as the objective function,considers the interest constraints of investors and consumers,photovoltaic energy storage system and external power grid security constraints,and constructs a capacity optimization model of energy storage system considering consumers’ purchase intention.Finally,a proposed residential area in northern China is taken as an example to fully verify the rationality and effectiveness of the model.This paper has the following three contributions.Firstly,this paper studies the capacity optimization of energy storage system in photovoltaic residence from the perspective of investors,fully considers the influence of consumers’ purchase intention on the optimal solution,and explores the mode of mutual benefit.Secondly,aiming at the research object,this paper establishes a quantitative model of consumers’ purchase intention.This paper studies the relationship among energy storage capacity,house price and consumers’ purchase intention,introduces consumers’ attention to environmental protection,evaluates the utility of houses equipped with photovoltaic energy storage system for users,and depicts consumers’ purchase probability on this basis,so as to reflect consumers’ purchase intention.Finally,the capacity optimization model of energy storage system considering consumers’ purchase intention is constructed,and the analysis shows that the profits of investors and the benefits of users have increased under this model.
