In line with the target needs of "dual-carbon goal" and "zero-carbon China",clean energy,as the key to carbon reduction and sustainable development,has developed rapidly in China.The emergence of technologies such as energy storage and Energy Internet has further improved the problems of clean energy such as energy abandonment and output fluctuation.The development of electric vehicles has led to the rise and construction of integrated photovoltaic storage and charging power stations.The linkage of "photovoltaicstorage-charging" mode has promoted the development and growth of photovoltaic storage and charging enterprises(PSCE).As a key node for improving energy quality and energy efficiency,PSCE under the Energy Internet environment can provide convenient charging and replacement services for electric vehicle users through the construction of photovoltaic storage and charging power station(PSCPS).Their business activities involve the interaction of a large amount of information flow,capital flow and logistics,so the supply chain of PSCE is formed.In the supply chain of PSCE,only the upstream material and equipment suppliers,midstream PSCE and downstream distributors cooperate and work together,can the efficiency and value-added of the whole chain be realized.Therefore,this paper makes optimization research on the selection of material suppliers in the upstream of the supply chain,the location of PSCPS in the midstream and the cooperation of downstream distributors,which has important theoretical research and practical application value.Firstly,this paper constructs the PSCE supply chain under the environment of Energy Internet,and analyzes its characteristics and key problems;Secondly,from the upstream of the chain,this paper studies the optimization of supplier selection,selects 30 key indicators from the aspects of management level,technical factors,logistics conditions,financial factors,enterprise qualification and service level,designs the evaluation index system of supply optimization,and constructs the supplier optimization model by using fuzzy theory,OWA operator weighting method and extension matter-element method,which can provide corresponding ideas for the supplier selection of PSCE;Thirdly,from the midstream of the chain,the location of the PSCPS is studied,and the location model of the photovoltaic storage and charging integrated charging and exchanging power station based on immune optimization algorithm is established.An actual example is analyzed to verify the effectiveness of the model,which provides a method basis for the location of the photovoltaic storage and charging integrated charging and exchanging power station;Finally,from the downstream of the chain,the cooperation optimization problem is studied.In which,the basic models of decentralized supply chain and integrated supply chain are firstly established,and the advantages of integrated supply chain are verified.Then,the decentralized supply chain is optimized through the introduction of joint contract,which provides a variety of choices for the cooperation mode between the node enterprises.Under the environment of Energy Internet,the supplier selection of the supply chain of PSCE,the location selection of PSCPS and the cooperation mode between node enterprises are the key problems of the supply chain optimization of PSCE.Through the research and discussion of the above problems,this paper aims to provide some useful ideas for the practical problems encountered in the operation of PSCE and the construction of PSCPS.
