With the rapidly enhancement of our country’s economic and the rapid popularization of Internet in the whole country,which promote the rapid development of China’s e-commerce industry and has become a pillar industry that contributes to the country’s economic growth.According to the statistics from the Ministry of Commerce,the online retail sales of physical goods in our country will reach 13.1 trillion yuan in 2021,a year-on-year growth rate of 14.1%,which is 3.2 percentage points higher the previous year.Both the transaction scale and the construction scale have ranked first in the world for many years.Pinduoduo is a new joiner of the e-commerce industry and has quickly become the second largest e-commerce platform of China with the two trump cards of "Group Shopping" and "Social Networking".However,the rapid development is bound to be accompanied by high-intensity competition.How to make fully use of scientific development strategy to maintain the good situation and lay a solid foundation for future,and rapidly formed the core competitiveness while avoiding the encirclement and suppression of competitors has become a subject that Pinduoduo must pay attention to.The research will start with the current situation of Pinduodu,Firstly analyze the internal environment situation where Pinduoduo is located,from the perspective of advantages and disadvantages,focusing on the analysis of the main elements of human,material,financial,and ability in the internal environment.Then divides its external environment into two parts:macro environment and competitive environment,and uses PEST analysis method and Porter’s five forces model to conduct specific analysis.Finally,the "AHP-SWOT" analysis model is used to summarize and analyze the internal and external environmental analysis results,constructing a quadrant of development strategy,determining the type of strategy that Pinduoduo should adopt,and conducting strategic matching from the three levels of company,business,and function.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)A pioneering strategy should be adopted to make full use of advantages and opportunities.(2)Continue to deepen the field of "social e-commerce"and make the "Group Shopping" trump card better,and build a financial and logistics system to ensure better business operation.(3)Adhere to the talent-centered employment strategy of the enterprise,and strive to build a funded talent training system.(4)Seek new social traffic entrances and find new profit growth points.Pinduoduo is a leader in the field of social e-commerce.The relevant research results based on its strategic analysis can not only meet the development needs of the enterprise itself,but also provide reference materials for the entire industry.
