Bank outlets are the "transportation hubs" connecting commercial banks with the outside world.They integrate multiple systems such as products,technology,staff,services and marketing,which is the epitome of the banking industry.They reflect the development theory and development strategy.At present,with the rapid development of internet technology,internet financial technology mushrooms growth.It changes people’s consumption mode and the whole financial industry ecology and business model has changed.This urges commercial banks to start exploring the transformation road according to the existing conditions.As the most directly connected with the outside world,the bank outlets are the first to bear and brunt.The transformation of commercial banks is faced with the unprecedented situation,and the transformation is imminent.In recent years,affected by the fierce competitive environment in China,many large commercial banks have realized the importance of network transformation for their own development,focusing on the multi-dimensional transformation strategy of customer management,service form,business category and network role,so as to improve the overall competitiveness of banks and maintain an advantageous position in market competition.With the vigorous development of Internet finance,more and more customers begin to abandon the services of physical outlets and pursue more convenient and fast online banking services.The role of traditional outlets as the connection point between customers and banks is weakening.Commercial banks should build a multi-channel financial service system to realize faster network transformation in terms of information platform provision or network design,so as to transform the network from traditional transaction accounting type to marketing service type as soon as possible,and meet the requirements of customers on demand.A Bank must make full use of its own reputation,system and policy advantages,and rural market advantages to make up for the existing imperfect marketing system,lagging staff and labor mix,and lack of internal transformation management,etc.,grab the support of government policies and use Internet technology.A revolutionary platform,seize opportunities,effectively avoid threats such as lagging internal management risks,leverage the company’s local geographical and resource advantages,strengthen the concept of marketing service transformation,strengthen cultural construction,and adopt effective and reasonable transformation measures.Safeguard measures have been put forward in terms of resources,management,marketing and cultural construction,aiming to enhance A Bank’s industry competitive position and complete its development goals.
