With the improvement of people’s awareness of environmental protection and sustainable development, more and more scholars begin to pay close attention to the research of closed-loop supply chain. Return product caused by the reverse logistics has influenced the inventory system of supply chain and supply chain bullwhip effect to a great extent. Considering the complexity of the closed-loop supply chain, so this paper introduces the Multi-Agent theory into the research of closed-loop supply chain on inventory and bullwhip effect.First, this paper expounds the research background, significance and domestic and foreign research results, sorts out and summaries the related theory of the closed-loop supply chain, supply chain management and Multi-Agent technology, to lay the foundation for the model construction and simulation later.Secondly, describe the research questions and constructed a closed-loop supply chain based on recycling and return, on this basis use MAS method to construct the MAS conceptual model of the closed-loop supply chain, divided the closed-loop supply chain into MAS layer 、 structure agent layer and function agent layer, constructed internal operation flow chart of supplier agent、manufacture agent、retailer agent and customer agent,use UML modeling language for specific modeling of each function agent, and described the ways of communication between agents of different structure.Once again, introduced the steps for agent modeling on the Anylogic platform, and translated the conceptual model constructed above into simulation model, analyzed the function agent belonged to the structure agent in the closed-loop supply chain, designed the simulation flow, the final data collection and analysis.Finally,through the analysis of the simulation results,find out the reverse logistics recycling, return and inventory control parameters how to influence the bullwhip effect of the closed-loop supply chain members at each level,through the optimization to find out the optimist(s,S) and(r,Q) inventory strategy of the system,that is the strategy which can maximize the supply chain benefits,to provide guidance for each level members of the closed-loop supply chain to formulate the reasonable and effective inventory control strategy.
