Research On The Oualitv Management Of L Company’s Storage Product Delivery Project

With the improvement of China’s comprehensive national strength and the continuous development of economy and technology,the level of informatization has reached a new height.We can deeply feel the application of information technology has been throughout all aspects of our lives.With the rapid development of informatization construction,the accompanying data is also increasing day by day,and my country has entered the era of big data with great strides.At the same time,with the changing international situation,some developed countries are jealous of my country’s development speed and achievements.They started imposing high-tech sanctions on China.The influence of comprehensive factors at home and abroad has given an opportunity for the development of domestic storage.Safe and controllable domestic storage equipment can not only reduce the expenditure of national informatization costs,but also ensure the data security of national information technology,so the development of domestic storage is more and more meaningful.In addition,the amount of informatization data generated in China has reached a new level.The demand for storage products has surged,and the economic outlook is very optimistic.In the face of the fertile market environment and the surge in demand for orders,how to efficiently complete the project delivery of products has also become an important part of an information-based enterprise.Although the delivery link of the project is the last link of the contract,it directly reflects the comprehensive management capability of the enterprise.Delivery timeliness and delivery quality directly affect the customer’s first impression and become the bottleneck for the subsequent development and product promotion of enterprises.Therefore,it is particularly important for enterprises to build a sound project delivery quality management system.This paper starts from improving the quality of company L’s storage product delivery projects and improving the market competitiveness of its enterprise storage products.Combined with the comparison of the delivery quality data of its storage products in previous years,and an in-depth study of the quality management of the delivery projects at the current stage,the problem factors in the quality management process and management content of the storage product delivery project of L company were analyzed and sorted out.Through the design ideas combining theories and practices such as total quality management,quality triadism,PDCA cycle theory,etc.,the quality management improvement measures for storage product delivery projects suitable for L company are formulated,and the management principles of continuous improvement of the project are added at the same time.The total quality management process system for storing product delivery items is optimized.Finally,the effectiveness of the quality management improvement plan measures is confirmed by the practical application of the storage products delivered by L company to the M project.The research of this paper guides the establishment of a quality management system for the storage product delivery project for L company.It will serve as a reference for the quality assurance of company L’s followup storage products and other Internet product delivery projects in the future.
