As an economic service organization with long-term roots in rural areas,grassroots supply and marketing cooperatives play an important platform role in providing agricultural services,grassroots supply and marketing cooperatives have taken serving agriculture as their main line of work in various periods,It plays an important role in connecting urban and rural commodity supplies,building bridges and bonds between the Party committee,government,and farmers,and resolving the urgent needs and anxieties of farmers.The core issue of the "three rural" work in Heilongjiang Province is the issue of farmers,faced with the task of "agriculture,rural areas,and farmers" under the new situation,how to provide more extensive and high-quality services for agriculture is a historical responsibility entrusted to grassroots supply and marketing cooperatives by the era.But under the impact of the wave of market-oriented economy,due to imperfect organizational system construction and heavy historical burdens,there are still some shortcomings and shortcomings in the current grassroots supply and marketing cooperatives in Heilongjiang Province in performing their functions of serving agriculture.Through analysis and research,this article classifies the ability of grassroots supply and marketing cooperatives to provide agricultural services into six abilities: organizational security ability,ability to connect with the masses,comprehensive circulation ability,agricultural material supply ability,agricultural industrialization service ability,and ability to bring agricultural products out of villages and into cities.This article first reviews the development process of supply and marketing cooperatives in Heilongjiang Province,and the experience and practices of serving farmers.It allows readers to understand the overall situation of the supply and marketing cooperative system in Heilongjiang Province.Based on research and practice,it points out the weaknesses and weaknesses of grassroots supply and marketing cooperatives in serving farmers.The innovation of this article lies in jumping out of the inherent development thinking of grassroots supply and marketing cooperatives,starting from the perspective of practicing the purpose of providing agricultural services,combining the situation of Heilongjiang Province and agriculture,and proposing suggestions to improve the ability to provide agricultural services at multiple levels,from the provincial supply and marketing cooperatives union to grassroots supply and marketing cooperatives. |
