Within the wave of manufacturing industry digitalization transformation,enterprises’succession depends on the level of talents.It’s an urgent problem for every enterprise in transition,that how to improve the production employees’ knowledge and operation skills to meet the development demand of enterprises.A flexible and agile talent echelon can help enterprises quickly make up for the gap of capacity in the development process and reduce the risk of talent shortage.Based on the reference of lots of documents on the talent echelon construction,this thesis takes the talent echelon construction of C Company production department as the research topic,to establish the talent echelon.C Company is in auto parts manufacturing industry and it is in digital transformation currently.This thesis analyzes the current situations of talents in the production department of C Company and the questionnaire result,diagnoses the deficiencies in the construction of its talent echelon.And this thesis uses the method of human resources talent echelon construction,combing development channels,determining key positions,and building competency models to build talent standards.Based on the talent standards,combining the human resources planning of the production department of C Company,it has assessed the talents,built a talent echelon,established an assessment and promotion standards,and perfected the reserve talent pool.The talent echelon construction is a dynamic process,and it needs kinds of guarantees.This thesis mentions the guaranteed measures,including clarifying responsibilities to have culture support,incentive funds support,policies support and establishing digital solutions to provide digitalization support.The appropriate dynamic talent echelons finally could enable enterprises to better manage and develop talent teams according to the company’s development needs and get higher performances.By writing the example of talent echelon construction in the production department of C Company,this thesis provides a reference for more similar enterprises that have the demands.
