With the advent of the Internet era,the trend of traditional industries that add to Internet is becoming more and more obviously,and the communication service industry is also actively seeking transformation.SJ Company,whose main business is communication network design,have clarified the specific direction of the company's transformation after analyzing national macro policies and industry development trends in recent years.That is,focusing on the smart construction demand of companies and governments,and the EPC general contract business in the communication construction industry.But with the development of new business,SJ Company found a very important challenge factor,which is the current organizational capabilities of the company cannot fully match the needs of business development.Therefore,the HR Department's key work is training the high-potential employees.This article takes the middle managers of the SJ Company as the research object,starting from the analysis of the current human resources of the SJ Company,This article is based on the competency model theory,the talent echelon construction theory,and the talent inventory theory.Based on the analysis of the problems of the talent construction of the middle managers of SJ Company,the concept of talent echelon construction that based on the competency model was put forward.At the same time,this article continues to carry out in-depth research on the managers' echelon talent construction project of SJ Company.Firstly,through the job analysis method,interview method,questionnaire survey method,literature analysis method and other methods,establish a competency model of middle managers that meets the company's development requirements.Secondly,based on this competency model,implement talent inventory to middle managers and candidates.And establish echelon talent resource pool.Thirdly,based on the results of the inventory,designed a training plan for middle managers' candidates,whose purpose is to speed up the training of middle managers' candidates.
