Since 2011,the sales revenue of China’s pharmaceutical industry has continued to grow,and the production level of China’s pharmaceutical industry has gradually exceeded China’s economic growth rate;Since the "12th Five Year Plan",due to the reform of the medical system by relevant departments and the strengthening of drug supervision,as well as the improvement of the people’s health awareness and the implementation of various national medical reform policies,the pharmaceutical industry is facing unprecedented challenges.Under the new model,the pharmaceutical industry is expected to resume a high development speed.As a pharmaceutical sales enterprise,the high professional threshold puts forward high requirements for the enterprise’s talent reserve.As an effective tool to promote enterprise management reform,realize enterprise development strategy,and expand and enrich the scale and system of human resources,talent echelon construction provides favorable support for solving the talent shortage in the pharmaceutical sales industry.As a pioneer in building a modern warehousing system and modern pharmaceutical logistics projects in the pharmaceutical sales industry,HK company has become an important task for the company with the growing demand for professional talents in the company’s service products and service formats.This paper takes HK company as the research object,uses human capital theory,talent echelon construction theory,competency and competency model as the theoretical basis of this research,and uses the research literature results of domestic and foreign scholars for reference to analyze the current situation of talent echelon construction and talent demand of employees of HK company by using questionnaire survey method,case analysis method and empirical analysis method,It is found that its talent echelon construction does not meet the needs of enterprise development,the talent echelon identification and evaluation system lacks direction,the enterprise management concept does not meet the requirements of echelon development,and the talent training is insufficient.The reasons for these problems in HK company are analyzed in detail.It also puts forward corresponding optimization suggestions from the aspects of strategic talent planning,talent selection,talent training,talent incentive(promotion and elimination)and talent echelon guarantee mechanism construction.This paper deeply analyzes the current situation and problems of talent echelon construction of HK company,and puts forward an operational solution in line with the actual situation of HK company,aiming to improve the actual effect of talent echelon construction,improve the efficiency of talent training and reserve,provide support for the efficient and rapid development of the company,and provide reference for the talent echelon construction of other similar enterprises.
