Research On Implementation Mechanism Of Cloud Innovation In Advanced Manufacturing Industry

As a solid foundation to support the development of national economy,the innovation capability of advanced manufacturing industry is of great significance to enhance national competitiveness.Although the innovation development of China’s advanced manufacturing industry has made considerable achievements,compared with advanced manufacturing powerhouses,China’s advanced manufacturing industry still has problems such as insufficient innovation resources and unsound innovation system.Establishing a perfect and efficient cloud innovation system,it is of strategic importance to solve the problems of insufficient support of innovation platform,lack of innovation resources and low level of utilization in the process of industrial innovation development,etc.Therefore,this paper proposes to provide a source of power for the innovation development of advanced manufacturing industry by building a mechanism for the realization of cloud innovation.Based on the definition of related concepts,this paper analyzes the connotation characteristics of advanced manufacturing industry and cloud innovation,as well as the evolution conditions,motivations and processes of cloud innovation of advanced manufacturing industry from the perspectives of innovation subject and resources.The grounded theory is used to select the research object based on the realization of cloud innovation of advanced manufacturing industry.The number of interviews and the content of interviews are designed based on the subject,object and operation rules of innovation system.This paper identifies the influencing factors of advanced manufacturing cloud innovation system-partner selection,resource sharing and risk control.Through questionnaire survey and structural equation method,the influencing factor model of cloud innovation realization is constructed and tested,and the realization mechanism and internal relationship logic of cloud innovation in advanced manufacturing industry are designed.Based on the connotation characteristics,evolution mechanism and influencing factors of advanced manufacturing cloud innovation,this paper constructs three implementation mechanisms of cloud innovation partner selection,resource sharing and risk control of advanced manufacturing cloud innovation,and analyzes the relationship among the three mechanisms.The overall design of this paper focuses on three aspects of mechanism analysis,mechanism construction and mechanism operation for each of the three implementation mechanisms.Firstly,the connotation and characteristics of the three realization mechanisms and the general architecture are revealed.Secondly,the construction process of each of the three realization mechanisms is designed.The process of building the cloud innovation partner selection mechanism is introduced in detail from the establishment of the main resource cloud of cloud innovation partners,value perception of both parties,partner matching combination,and performance evaluation and dynamic control respectively.The process of building a cloud innovation resource sharing mechanism is introduced in detail from the decomposition and identification of cloud innovation resources,packaging and distribution,discovery and matching,and configuration evaluation.The process of building a cloud innovation risk control mechanism is introduced in detail from cloud innovation risk identification and analysis,metric assessment,management response,and management effect evaluation feedback.Based on the research of evolution mechanism and three realization mechanisms of cloud innovation,this paper puts forward the guarantee strategy of advanced manufacturing cloud innovation from the perspective of macro,industry and enterprise.
