In the 21 st century,the increasingly fierce market competition has forced traditional enterprises to explore more efficient ways of inter-organizational cooperation.Through the dynamic formation of value chains in the entire life cycle of products,enterprises can share relevant information in real time,and the development of cloud computing becomes value The realization of this form of cooperation provides a technical basis.Through a cloud-based collaborative management platform,enterprises can achieve information sharing among members of the value chain,optimize resource allocation,reduce the risks and costs of enterprises,and thus achieve value co-creation.However,the dynamics,complexity,and risk of value chain formation in the cloud environment have brought certain challenges to value chain cooperation.Therefore,how to realize the long-term stable development of the value chain through the selection of partners and reasonable income distribution among members has become a problem worthy of attention in the process of collaborative construction of the value chain.To this end,based on the relevant theoretical research,this paper deeply analyzes the characteristics of the value chain collaboration in the cloud environment,the characteristics of the value chain nodes and the characteristics of the value chain collaborative revenue distribution in the cloud environment.Chain partner selection and revenue distribution model.The main research contents of the paper are as follows:First,for the problem of value chain partner selection in the cloud environment,the construction method of the value chain dominated by end users is studied.The construction process of the value chain partner selection index system in the cloud environment is systematically analyzed.Compound correlation entropy matter-element model,and taking ship products as an example,the effectiveness of the model is verified through simulation analysis.The application of the partner selection model effectively improves the end user's autonomy in the product's entire life cycle,as well as the ability to personalize the development of value chain products and agile market response.The research results can provide a new way of thinking and methods for further deepening cooperation between value chain partners in the cloud environment.Secondly,for the problem of collaborative revenue distribution in the value chain under the cloud environment,the hypothesis of collaborative revenue distribution conditions in the cloud environment is proposed,the principle of revenue distribution is discussed,and finally the revenue distribution problem is converted into a cooperative game problem through revenue compensation and Nash negotiation,based on the utility theory An improved Nash negotiation model was established,and the effectiveness of the model was also verified by simulation analysis using ship products as an example.The income distribution scheme constructed based on the utility theory can meet the psychological expectations of all parties in the value chain members while maximizing the overall utility of the value chain,and effectively enhance the enthusiasm of enterprises to participate in the value chain coordination.The research results are of great significance for the realization of efficient collaboration among value chain enterprises in the cloud environment.Finally,the article considers the factors that need to be considered in the practice of value chain cooperation in the cloud environment.It proposes the realization of the value in the cloud environment from four aspects: the construction of a collaborative management platform in the cloud environment,enterprise division of labor collaboration,standardized constraints on revenue distribution,and the construction of industrial organizations Countermeasure suggestions for chain coordination.
