| Under the background of the era when China’s economy has shifted from a high-speed growth stage to a high-quality development stage,high-quality development in the agricultural sector is the general trend.As an important part of the three major industries,the circulation industry is the link between production and sales.Whether the sales of agricultural products are smooth or not determines whether agricultural production increases or not,and to a certain extent affects the high-quality development of agriculture.In view of the problems such as the overall level of agricultural development quality in Hunan Province is not high enough,the agricultural production efficiency is low,and the agricultural production service system is not perfect,first of all,on the basis of sorting out the literature and basic theories related to the circulation industry and high-quality agricultural development,this paper aims at Hunan Province.The current status of the circulation industry and the high-quality development of agriculture,analyze the mechanism of the circulation industry’s role in the high-quality development of agriculture,and through the construction of a measurement index system,the entropy method is used to calculate the level of Hunan’s circulation industry and agricultural high-quality development.Then,the regression analysis model and the Amos path analysis model are used to study the impact of the circulation industry on the high-quality development of agriculture.From the analysis results,it can be concluded that:(1)The circulation industry in Hunan increased year by year from 2005 to 2019,and the overall growth rate was relatively fast.The development level of the circulation industry in 2019 increased by 98.93% compared with 2005.Among them,the growth rate of circulation efficiency is the fastest,and the development of circulation scale,circulation contribution,and circulation structure is relatively stable,and has maintained a small increase.Before 2013,the development level of circulation modernization was low and the growth rate was slow.After 2013,the level of circulation modernization continued to increase sharply.In 2019,the level of circulation modernization in Hunan Province increased by 3.6times compared with 2013.(2)The level of high-quality agricultural development in Hunan continued to increase from 2005 to 2019,but the overall growth trend was relatively flat,with an average annual growth rate of 2.23%.Among them,the overall level of agricultural green development and agricultural production efficiency improved rapidly,the quality of agricultural products continued to improve but the increase was small,and the agricultural industry benefits and rural living standards were relatively stable.(3)The circulation industry has a positive influence on the high-quality development of agriculture,and the influence effect is significant at the 99%confidence level,indicating that the circulation industry can promote the high-quality development of agriculture.Among them,the circulation industry has a significant effect on the green development of agriculture and rural living standards,and the influence coefficient is large,and the effect of the circulation industry on agricultural production efficiency is relatively small.(4)The circulation scale,circulation efficiency,and circulation contribution have a direct effect on the high-quality development of agriculture.The circulation structure and circulation modernization have indirect effects on the high-quality development of agriculture,and the circulation structure and circulation modernization both indirectly affect the high-quality development of agriculture by affecting the circulation scale and circulation efficiency.Finally,according to the empirical results,this paper gives policy recommendations for Hunan Province to achieve high-quality agricultural development from four aspects: improving the construction of circulation infrastructure,opening up the logistics network in the agricultural field,vigorously developing rural e-commerce,and improving the agricultural product circulation traceability system. |
