In November 2020,all 832 national-level poverty-stricken counties in my country were lifted out of poverty,which means that my country has achieved a major victory in the cause of targeted poverty alleviation,but the victory of targeted poverty alleviation does not mean that the problem of rural modernization has been solved.The purpose of implementing the rural revitalization strategy is to further consolidate the achievements of targeted poverty alleviation and promote the development of rural modernization.The active participation of enterprises is one of the reasons why targeted poverty alleviation can achieve great success.With the end of targeted poverty alleviation,how to let enterprises continue to participate in rural revitalization and how to let more enterprises participate in the rural revitalization strategy are problems faced by governments at all levels.The crux of the problem lies in whether corporate participation and corporate development can be coordinated.Therefore,it is of practical significance to study the relationship between enterprises’ participation in targeted poverty alleviation and enterprise performance.Based on the analysis of information asymmetry theory,principal-agent theory,resource dependence theory and stakeholder theory,combined with previous studies,this study explored the relationship between enterprise poverty alleviation and enterprise development through a combination of empirical analysis and case analysis.The problem.This paper first discusses the relationship between corporate poverty alleviation behavior and corporate performance from the method of empirical analysis.First,the data of all listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen from2016 to 2019 were collected as the sample object,and the poverty alleviation behaviors of enterprises were subdivided into poverty alleviation by enterprises participating in poverty alleviation,integrated poverty alleviation by enterprises,charitable poverty alleviation by enterprises and continuous poverty alleviation.Secondly,the relationship between enterprise poverty alleviation behavior and enterprise performance is explored through ordinary mixed regression model.Finally,we discuss whether there is an intermediary mechanism between the three in terms of resource acquisition,financing constraints and investment efficiency between the poverty alleviation behavior of enterprises and the performance of enterprises.In addition,in order to improve the robustness of the empirical conclusions,this paper also adopts the methods of lagging one period,PSM and substitution variables to test.This paper further selects Maotai Group,Muyuan Group and Yili Group as the case objects from a practical point of view and according to the principle of case analysis selection,and discusses the differences in the actual poverty alleviation models from three aspects: business background,differences in poverty alleviation models,and poverty alleviation effects.impact on the business.This paper draws the following conclusions and suggestions: First,the participation of enterprises in targeted poverty alleviation will promote the improvement of enterprise performance,and the greater the intensity,the more significant the improvement of enterprise performance;the participation of enterprises in charitable poverty alleviation will promote the improvement of enterprise performance,and the greater the intensity,the improvement of enterprise performance The more significant;the corporate disclosure of continuous poverty alleviation will promote the improvement of corporate performance.Second,resource acquisition and investment efficiency play an intermediary role respectively between enterprises’ participation in targeted poverty alleviation,the degree of enterprises’ participation in targeted poverty alleviation,their participation in charitable poverty alleviation,the degree of corporate charitable poverty alleviation,and the continuous poverty alleviation and corporate performance;financing cannot be restrained.to mediation.Third,enterprises participating in poverty alleviation should be based on their own business,actively tap the resource advantages of poverty-stricken areas,and promote industrial development in povertystricken areas and open up sales channels through integrated poverty alleviation and enterprise technology advantages and platform advantages.At the same time,charitable poverty alleviation should be used as a supplement,focusing on talent training,improving infrastructure,encouraging talents to return to their hometowns to start businesses,providing targeted assistance to the elderly,the weak,the sick and the disabled,ensuring the follow-up development of poor areas and preventing return to poverty.Based on the empirical evidence and case studies in this paper,the following suggestions are put forward: First,from the perspective of enterprises themselves,enterprises participating in precision poverty alleviation should adapt to local conditions and combine themselves.Second,from the government’s point of view,the government needs to formulate sound corporate poverty alleviation incentive policies.
