The rapid development of the digital industry has been driven by digital technology,and the digital economy-with digital technology as its core-has emerged as a new economic growth point.Emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence and cloud computing have significantly impacted traditional manufacturing enterprises’ production and operations.The implementation of digital transformation in manufacturing enterprises is essential to ensure their sustainable development.The construction machinery industry is a typical manufacturing enterprise facing production and operational problems such as high energy consumption,low efficiency,and discrete production processes.This thesis presents a case study of Enterprise A and explores its digital transformation,proposing a path for its implementation.Such an approach has practical significance in improving the enterprise’s production efficiency,as well as ensuring its stability and sustainable development.This thesis employs literature analysis,questionnaire survey,and interview methods to investigate the digital transformation of Enterprise A.Firstly,this thesis discusses the relevant concepts and theories used in digital transformation of enterprises such as digitalization and digital economy.On this basis,this thesis studies the current situation of digital operation,the external macro environment and the competitive environment of enterprise A.Second,through the analysis of the internal resources,capabilities and core expertise of the enterprise,the foundation for the enterprise digital transformation path is laid.Then,this thesis analysis the necessary of A enterprise’s digital development.Finally,this thesis puts forward several practical countermeasures of digital transformation from two aspects: business process digital transformation and organization management digital transformation,and puts forward the guarantee of enterprise digital transformation from three aspects: policy guarantee,found guarantee and technology guarantee,which is helpful to further perfect digital transformation strategy and ensure that digital transformation achieves the excepted effect.Based on the research on the environment and existing problems of enterprise A’s digital transformation,this thesis puts forward the path and safeguard measures of enterprise A’s digital transformation,which provides guidance and reference for enterprise digital transformation,and hopes to provide some ideas and directions for enterprises preparing for digital transformation in the same industry.
